In the beginning it was a nice experience. Then it got ugly just because the owner & my boyfriend had a falling out it was being taken out on me with threats of repoing my vehicle even though I was in good standing. And the vehicle I got which Im sure the owner new was sold to me in bad condition in fact it wasnt even put through a thorough inspection. It had to have the head replaced within 4 months I got the car. I had it paid down to the last $700 owing and the owner repod it anyway. And here it is almost 6 months since he repod it and I get a knock at my door from a Repo/Towing company looking for me & my car that the owner repod almost 6 months ago...!!! Talk about being professional... And looking at the reviews already posted it makes me wonder how many are actually "TRUE" customers...cause the last one posted a "Dennis Newman" is the owners son!!! Now come on aint that like false advertisement...I meant fake advertisement??? GET REAL!!!...because "everything" reflects on the actual service of the business...

BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS. We purchased a dodge ram cummins for our company at market value. Did a cash sale of $13k. We intended on using it right away but come to find out the check engine lights have been removed or tampered with so that no check engine light comes on. We also have a truck that now spews coolant after 20 minutes and also a bad turbo. Looks like I am now paying $19,000 for this truck as it sits in the shop getting fixed. Its unfortunate and I feel bad for the individual that takes their hard earned dollar and gets screwed. Fortunately I purchased this through my business and I can fix the truck but I can only imagine most folks would be stuck with a piece of junk. Read more reviews on these guys. I was even warned by another guy I bought company trucks from to stay away and I learned my lesson with this $7,000 mistake. I am sure they knew the check engine light was off since they do some pre sale inspection. What a joke.

AUTOMART OF DALLAS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANY MOTOR VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. They destroyed my credit. I was never honored my extended warranty when the car began to act up very badly. Keep in mind i only had the car for 3 weeks before the car began to act up and would not shift gears. It began to idle very very rough & etc. I returned the car to the dealer and i never received my deposit back. They lied on the contract. DTCs were erased and later came back on after 2 weeks. The Bank that financed the car for me no longer is a lender of AUTOMART OF DALLAS. Should i say more? THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE. Im in the process of getting OCCC involved as well as the TxDMV. I have investigators on this situation as of now. Stay away from these guys. They will ruin your life.

I am not happy with this place I will never go back here again! I wanted a nice truck I was about to buy it they said the payment will be 900 a month so I said no then they called me back claimed another bank said the payment will be around $500 so I said OK I will be in in the morning but they sold the truck before I got there with out even calling to let me know. I was also going to buy a Mercedes from them now I will not ever buy any thing from this place and I am mad because I needed the truck to get some work done but now I have no truck and lost 7K worth of work by them wasting my time. so I will go find another truck to buy today and it will not be from this place. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND NEVER HAVE A STRAIGHT ANSWER.

I went to look at some cars I was interested in financing. Im a 19 year old male and the sales person refused to open a car I was interested in getting. When I asked why he wasnt aloud to open the car he replied; "well if youre not going to buy the car then whats the point of opening it." Ive gone there twice and that will be the last time I go. He also talked down to me as if I was a child and did not take my buisness serriously. No warranty of any of the cars also and most of them had very poor interiors and "shady engine starts". Poor salesman ship and shady buisness. I am never stepping foot on this lot and I recommend to steer clear away from this lot. Cheap is how they sell and poor quality is what youre going to get.

I bought a 1998 Volvo v70 T5 a year ago and could not be happier. I have a huge list of items ive replaced in my car since I drove it off the lot... But guess what. I BOUGHT A USED CAR. Some of these reviews are plain ridiculous when it comes to complaints about the condition of USED vehicles. Do half of you people just turn it on and think thats good enough?? Hopefully alot of yall learned a lesson about doing your own full inspection before buying. Now that that is out of the way - my relation with the owners was golden. They were considerate enough to help me with no credit and Im driving a car thats exactly what I wanted. Dont get discouraged by people who dont know how the hell to buy a used car - great service here

Purchased a 2005 Mercedes C240 4 Matic Wagon here. Place may not be much to look at for most but for a guy like me they had what I wanted and the deal was made at the price I came willing to pay. Youd be surprised at the quality not just quantity of cars and trucks here! The General Manager is a funny guy. I get his sense of humor. Only con is the wagon had chrome lettering saying "CLK 240" which isnt true. A CLK isnt a wagon. But Im not even sure they did it as it may of been bought at auction with this. Easy enough fix. Found great chrome C240 lettering on eBay for $15 so win win. Pro: Rear latch was broken but they agreed to fix and it looks like factory quality repair.

I had a great experience purchasing my Mercedes from this location. Speaking with the sales representatives, they were very honest on which cars were ready for sale, and which ones needed further repair. They even informed us of the history behind some of the manufacturers and what kind of quality control one can come to expect from them. We enjoyed the experience so much that we returned to buy a Lexus from them (we dont buy new cars; theyre a terrible investment). Fantastic staff, wide selection of vehicles, and very friendly, low pressure sales environment. I wish Paul and all his employees the best.

Honestly the only reason i will give this place five stars is because of Joey. Dont expect them to be professionals they are just regular people selling cars to other regular people. If you expect a Parkplace Mercedes atmosphere youre in the wrong place. They are good old boys with attitudes and fun personalities. But do yourself a big favor always ask for Joey. He is the young of the group but the most knowledgeable of all the vehicles there. Overall very good experience and will be buying my next car from this place with the help of Joey.
