The very first car I bought was a used 2015 Mazda 6 from this dealership. A couple of weeks ago, I was hit by a drunk driver. My car was totaled, the other driver was uninsured, and I felt like I was losing everything. I came in last week to just browse and try to get a refund on my extended warranty. The two people in finance remembered me from last year and even listened to me talk about what happened for an hour. They then called on Rocky to help me find a car in my budget (not to be confused with Ricky who happens to work right next door at Hiley Volkswagen and FUN FACT is his twin brother. Use it as a conversation starter). He listened to me talk for another hour about what happened and which car I should get. He was probably really and tired and wanted to go home, yet he stayed there and was patient, didnt make any faces, and seemed like he wanted to help me, EVEN THOUGH he knew I wasnt going to buy a car that night. A week and many different dealerships later, I came back because I needed that special feeling that this specific dealership gave me. I waited for Rocky to get off his lunch break (seriously, I liked him that much) and he immediately remembered me when he saw me. He helped me figure out which car I could get in my price limit and was really willing to help me out. He got me into a used 2016 Ford Escape and I love it. Everyone was great, but I want to specifically talk about Rocky Santiago and how great he seriously is. First off, he was extremely chill and it kind of creeped me out. There was absolutely no pressure from him to buy a vehicle. If I said I was going to walk out, I seriously think he would have let me without seeming even slightly upset. It was as if he genuinely wanted me to get into a car that was right for me, not worried about his commission. Second, he is very young (around my age). He was personable, funny, honest, and was very easy to talk to. Lastly, he was very patient and when I say that he was patient, he was PATIENT. When people meet me, I will either rub you the wrong way and you will hate me, or you will think Im funny and love me. Im an acquired taste. I can be very difficult to deal with because I am desperate, yet still have really high standards. But SOMEHOW Rocky wasnt even phased. He was willing to listen to me talk about everything and didnt even look slightly annoyed. His ONLY downside is that he is so quiet I have a difficult time hearing him but other than that hes perfect. So if you are a women that is worried about being taken advantage of, Id visit with him. Overall I love this place and I highly recommend Rocky (he calls himself the attractive twin). Love them! Love this place!

was not a pleasant experience. We purchased a Mazda CX-5 in January from Hiley Mazda of Arlington. All process with Kris went smoothly and we were happy with him. The problem was of course with the finance person. He showed me two options. First option was without extended warranty - but higher APR. Second option was with extended warranty - but lower APR. (warranty itself cost $1800 after a few minutes of negotiation but initially like $2500) I asked about Mazda finance incentive that was on the official website. The finance guy told me it was not available for me since I was the first time car buyer. Believe or not I have 793 FICO score and just got approved for home mortgage after purchase of this car. my wife got hers with 0% APR from Honda last year having no history of car purchase nor a good credit (she had like 710ish when applied). Also, I dont understand how one who can be approved for home mortgage is declined for finance incentive offered by manufacturer. besides of that, I was stupid enough to choose warranty + lower APR option assuming I can cancel anytime. Regretting I purchased extended insurance that will actually not cover other than what manufacturer warranty already covers, I went to this dealership and asked for cancellation. The SAME FINANCE guy came to me and said he would change the APR higher (almost twice) since I am trying to cancel. And he just tried to go away. (it almost felt he was threatening me with higher APR assuming customers are not knowing how loan underwriting works - I still do not know if he could change (increase) APR AFTER I SIGN ON THE LOAN DOCUMENTS. I am still trying to cancel, but he forced me to wait until after the first loan payment, which means a little bit lower refund due to prorated refund amount after 30 days. After a day of driving, TCMS kept beeping, so I checked tire pressure and realized one of tires had 12psi.. which can be extremely dangerous. The other three tires were OK. I thought it was a nail or something, but after I inflated it by myself. The tire pressure has not been changed (its not flat..) I recommend you to check very details when you buy a car from this dealership. I wouldve not imagined a new car had this low tire pressure.. Long story short, 1. beware of finance dept. can be very frustrating to deal with. 2. check tire pressure before you drive.. Sorry for my bad English.. its my second language.

Was in the market for a newer used vehicle to replace my 1997 Jeep Cherokee, was specifically looking for a Mazda 3 Hatchback. I stopped by Hiley on my way to Navy Federal and was met by Jeff at the door, asked what they had and told them exactly what I was looking for and he went back to the office an came back with a set of keys for a used 2008 MazdaSpeed3. I was hesitant at first because Mazdaspeeds are known as modification magnets. But Jeff said they dont usually take these in if they appear to have been modified. I looked it over test drove it and agreed to the sale (they worked with me on the price) on the grounds they rotate the tires and polish the oxidized headlights. We finished the paperwork and Idrove away with the car. When I got home I noticed 1)the headlights hadnt been polished and 2)the tires hadnt been rotated. I sent a few texts to Jeff who apologized and went and talked to service department and told me to come in on my next free day and theyd knock it out for me while I waited. So while they dropped the ball a bit they picked it back up for me and completed the agreed upon tasks. This is the only reason I dropped off one star from the quality of work rating. I would still recommend this place to folks and espeically Jeff who is very friendly and accomdating, but I do suggest they add another layer of checks to the car sales side to make sure that agreed upon items are taken care of before the customer drives away or at least setup a future scheduled visit for the items. My experince with their service department was excellent. They take care of you right away and return your car freshly washed and vacuumed when complete. Aaron was very helpful. We left the kiddos diaper bag in the wifes car and he immediately gave me the loaner car so I could run to CVS to get diapers. Im usually one to do all my own repairs and maintenance but in the future if I have things I have to have taken care of right away or large projects I may not have time for Id probably take it here for service. I also dealt with their parts department for a few periodic maintenance items that needed to be taken care of on the car such as removing the K&N filter the previous owner had installed and replacing with an OEM filter and they were also quick and effecient. I plan on buying all my OEM parts from this dealer in the future.
