Marisol is the most unprofessional person Ive ever encountered in the business world. As a paying customer I will never do business with PAACO again because of her. She honestly needs to be fired. She has no regard for the customers cares or concerns. Her attitude is distasteful and offensive. She had the nerve to tell me "Whatever! You were given the correct information." So I asked her to fwd me the email where she provided the requested information, and she could not do so because she had never given me the info.

i will never ever deal with this car company again. Bought the car in march it has been in the shop more than i have drove it. Call the corporate office about my car to get the run around. still without a car that is still in the shop. I will never refer anyone to them. A lesson learned.
