Ok. So I bought a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. First, I was not able to take the truck home the same day because they did not accept the insurance company I was with, which was Fred Loya, whom Ive been with for years. Their issue was that the insurance company had to have "no limited policies". So I went back the next day to settle the insurance issue. After calling around different insurance companies, I finally found one that had "no limited policies". According to the salesman Miles, they wanted to make sure that I was covered and that they were covered as well, if anything were to happen to the truck. Yet, they had no problem putting me in a truck that had rear brake pads almost down to the metal, and one reverse light not working. I tried getting them to fix those issues, as they were safety issues, especially the brakes. Their excuse was that they were maintenance issues. "Something that a responsible owner will do." I understand that, but not when I just bought the truck. So I had to buy the brakes, which costed about $45, and the reverse light bulb, which costed $7 for a set of two. Not much, and something they could have done to keep a customer happy. On the same day I brought the truck home, I did a couple of errands in town, and as I was driving, the truck stalled on me. I almost got hit from behind as I was trying to get out of traffic and pull over somewhere. After trying to get the truck started, I called the dealership to let them know the truck broke down on me. I asked if they could send a tow truck to pick up the truck and take it back to the dealership to have it looked at, as I live out of town. They refused to send a tow truck and said for me to take the truck back to the dealership so that they could look at it. I told them I did not have the money to pay a tow truck to take it back to Corpus, as I had just put $5,000 down on the truck. So after pulling the truck to a shop, I tried putting some gas in the truck to see if it would start. Sure enough, it started. Before leaving the dealership, I asked the salesman how much gas the truck had. He said it almost had a full tank. Now, Ill give him the benefit of a doubt, because it turns out that the fuel gauge was not working. Something that they ACTUALLY fixed, which was a miracle in my opinion. So all that being said, I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! Too bad I cant put zero star ratings, because that is the rating they truly deserve.

I have tried to contact this dealer MANY MANY times to look at a vehicle I was interested in. I tried by phone and by email on their site. My emails were never returned. When I called last, they first stated that they dont have a vehicle history report on that vehicle available. Then they tried to tell me what the report said over the phone, leaving out MANY details. Then when I pressed the issue, they stated that they would send the vehicle history report to my email. However, even when spelled out clearly and with a good phone connection MANY TIMES, they claimed they could not understand me. However, I told them of my attempts at email and they stated they would check the emails and get back to me with the requested information. I never received any contact from this dealer about my inquiry to this day and it has been a month. Do not get involved with this company! If they dont want you to know the details and history on their vehicles, theres probably a reason. I give them one star for being non-professional, unreachable, and for some crazy reason unwilling to sell their cars to interested buyers. Seems to me like they are fishing for the right sucker to purchase a lemon.

I bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and the car is still running but makes a clicking noise from the motor like a value is going out. Also the transmissions is starting to bump into and out of second gear but it didnt do that when I test drove it. They must have over filled the transmission fluid when I was there to keep me from noticing. Even though my car is still running the guys there seem really dishonest and was always trying to lie to me. I would not recommend them to my friends.

In the course of two days a vehicle changed by thousands of dollars on what the downpayment was going to be. The sales people had no knowledge of what the rules where and got different stories from each. The hassle and lack of knowledge made it not worth my buisness.
