For someone who has never had credit issues to filing bankruptcy......they took care of me like I was worth a million bucks and all I did was purchase a vehicle! They spent extra time with my husband and I until we found the right car and the right payment we both were comfortable with. From the time I called they were nothing but helpful! Kim in the office was especially sweet too!! They truly want to help people like myself find a GREAT newer vehicle -- WAY more than you think you can get given your situation. I recommend this place to anyone who is going through a very similar situation to mine. They dont look down on your for where you have been financially....they just want to help you start over and move forward!! Thank you to what I would say has almost been the best car buying experience I have ever had!! They honestly went to bat for me and my situation finding the right finance company with the terms I wanted! Thank you for helping me find a way better car than I thought I would be able to get!!!

I contacted Reids Auto after recieving their flyer in the mail. The owner does not take the time to listen to his costumers requests. He is to busy talking and cant get any information confirmed because he cant close his own mouth. He even mistaken me for someone else all together. Then after he gave me an offer for a vehicle and I turned it down because it was everything I did not want or need, he got upset over the phone with me for making a decision. This company is not the one you want to make a new start. Its poorly managed and the owner could care less about who he is talking too. He does have a few great employees that tries to help you, but then Here comes Reid screwing it up with is un-closeable mouth. I suggest you seek a new start else where due to Reids poor management and lack of ability to close his mouth and listen to his costumers. Luckily for Reid this was all VIA phone.

I purchase a Nissan Maxima early this year. My wife and i need Navigation. Mr Anderson promised to install Navigation at no cost out of my pocket. After a few weeks went by I was told the Navigation will cost $1100. So, I agreed to let his own guy in Lewisville do it for "no out of pocket" as we agreed. Then Mr Anderson said he would only pay $600,making me responsible for $500. He will tell you anything to get you to sign and then after the fact, he will not keep his word. I also had to bring the car back for body shop repair because it has been wrecked. Then if you try to tell him, he will be rude and explain you signed "as is no warranty". Also, We left without one peice of paper. No contract. Nothing. This is shady business. There are other places that can help you if you are in chapter 7 or 13.

My name is Donna Walker, I just dont know where to begin,Wow. First, I did not have a way to even get there and Reid set it up for me to be picked up. Before we could even enter the hospitality was so awesome, it was like I have known them all my life was greeted with open arms. Enter the office and was offered something to drink and wow even lunch. No other car lot has ever done that and I went to many. Reid and his staff took there time with me, I was full of questions. While I was waiting I thought I would get my bible studying in and lord and behold we had a bible class going on God is good. Reids Auto Connection is a great place for people that are looking for a fresh start and a new car. Personally my credit is not the greatest score, so when I was looking for a new vehicle it was primarily a battle between certain dealerships that could offer financing for me. Thankfully the people at Reids auto connection understood my situation and offer a 2011 Chevy Cruze with only 43,000 miles and a postive Autocheck report! If your looking for a new vehicle and your financial situation is not in the good category, you should come to Reids Auto Connection and see what can be offered to you.

Bought a car recently, walked up to the lot, the guys seemed really nice and extremely reputable. I sat on buying the Kia Rio they showed me for a few days. They told me their mechanic had checked it out, and that theyd done some work on it. I was informed it was a great buy, and just needed new tires. About two weeks later, hadnt even had my first oil change with it, check engine light comes on. They remedy the problem. My biggest problem even after all of this they hadnt even filed my title weeks after I bought my car
