I went in to purchase Keravada products and they had them priced twice the original price and then they had the nerve to charge me more at the register. When I looked at my receipt before leaving the store, they charged me $27 for the cowash instead of $20. Online with Keravada it is $9. I wanted to try this product before ordering it online. Most of the items do not have a price on it and you find out at the register what they want to charge you. You would think you were shopping in a high-end department store with their prices but its just a beauty supply store. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I wish i had a picture of the watery yellow moldy lash glue I bought from here last week. I came in today and showed it to them, they said theycould do nothing for me without the reciept. Its a 2 dollar glue mind you, I didnt even ask for the reciept. I was shocked that they would not just exchange it for another glue. I was not asking for money back or even being mean. I even greeted the manager "Hi" (as Im trained to as a manager at my job) and she responded "What you need?" Shocked at this experience. I wouldnt reccomend their old overpriced products at all.

Purchased a spray bottle leave in conditioner; seal and packaging intact. Laid the bag down in my car while I went to another store; came back and it had leaked out all over the floor. Picked bottle up and discovered the lid was not tightly screwed on; I never checked because packaging seal was unbroken. I asked them if they would replace the bottle and was told it was my responsibility to check the bottle. If you make a purchase check the package beyond the seal!

NO customer service at the Bowie location. No one greeted us at the door, no one asked if I needed any help so when I had questions about a product I went to the register. The response I received was "Youre not going to ask me about everything in that bag are you?" Order your products online or patronize another beauty supply store, they are a dime a dozen in this area!

This place is nice and has a great selection but the employees (whether hy choice or forced by commission) will try to sell you any and all crap you dont really need. The prices are also marked up at least double. Do yourself a favor and just find what you like or match your hair and go buy it online. First and last time I will ever go here.

Take your business elsewhere! I failed to realize that we didnt get a receipt (I thought it had been put in the bag) and needed to exchange and return some merchandise the following day. I had not even opened anything and they insisted there was absolutely nothing they could do without a receipt that THEY NEVER GAVE ME.

Has a lot of natural hair care brands, however they are marked up by $3-5. Unless you need the product immediately I would stick to purchasing online. Karens Body, Carols Daughter, Shea Moisture you can find these brands at Target for the same price as online, save your money.
