I brought my broken watch to Fred Meyer Jewelers, to get the face glass replaced (the glass had broken). Upon returning my watch to me, the front facing glass case was fixed, however the back facing glass had DEEP scratches from someone trying to open it up. On top of that, the watch was not even working! After paying $65, and receiving a watch that was not fixed, I started emailing corporate. We emailed back and forth a few times, explaining what happened. Then they stopped replying to me. I now have to have a special back face shipped in from Seiko because of FMJs incompetence. I would not, and do not recommend FMJ to anyone for watch repairs. Please take your business elsewhere if you care about your property.

I was just in the store and experienced terrible customer service. I asked a clerk to check on a size for me. She directed me to the shoe area where I was told by another clerk it would be a minute. After 5 minutes watching her scan inventory into the computer I walked away. She could have done her inventory anytime . Just list a sale . Store manager needs to talk to people about customer service. I was so disappointed
