This all started when I was calling around inquiring as to what different business would pay for scrap gold. These folks stated that they pay the spot rate for gold based on the price of gold on that business day. This tells you quit a bit about not only the people you a dealing with behing the counter but the man/lady behind the curtain as well. You are much appreciated in this community and thanks for being the honest business that you are.

Great people. I had an item in pawn and then moved out-of-state. I was unable to get back to the store for some time. I called and Garin worked out a solution. He was kind enough to box up my item and ship it to me. He would not accept any money for his time and effort. I was thoroughly impressed as he and his staff went above and beyond. Id done business with the shop several times while living in Salem. I highly recommend them.

Thoroughly impressed with their work. I didnt even know they have a paid jeweler here. I didnt know again that this jeweler is the best in town. This is what I was told by friends. So I had them do some work to fix an issue with my wedding ring (see my review of another jeweler in Salem for more details on that) and they completely surprised me with their expertise in that area, and low price for the work.

I went there today to sell some old rings today. They took one look and said they were not interested. I went a mile down the road and sold them to another pawn shop for one hundred dollars. I will never go back there again. Just say Nope to Nopps!

This is a great place run by a great bunch of folks that really care about the customer. Lots of neat things to check out in the store and a great selection of Jewelry. Worth the stop if you are downtown. They have cool dogs too!
