Great customer service from Edel & all staff here. So much better than the typical pawn-shop experience. Here, they scientifically analyzed my items with specialized equipment, and used current market prices (displayed on a news feed right at their counter) to accurately appraise their value. As buyers, they work with high transparency and were happy to educate me on specifics affecting value. They also appreciate an informed customer; I told them I wanted to check around with a few other shops, which they welcomed. They will try to meet or beat competitors legitimate offers, so be sure to get competitors business cards and take good notes on offers. They did this for me, beating a competitors slightly better offer on a couple of items when I returned the same day. This was a great experience, and I would gladly do business again.

Guaranteed to jip. They will pay you an under weight price, then turn around and Mark it up over 500% they have done it to me twice. Go elsewhere. They employ illegals that barely speak English. They on one of my pieces gave me $105 .00,.And then marked it at $2,000. I payed $768.00 dollars for it from Zales. They sold it for $1,500. THERE ARE MANY OTHER BETTER BUYERS. There is an auctioner that comes to Salem at least once a month. He rents Hotels in Salem.HE WILL PAY YOU ALL MOST FULL PRICE, IF NOT ENTIRE PRICE BY WEIGHT. People giving a great review on here so not know there are better buyers. Also if you want an excellent retail store,.All That Glitters will give you a major good deal. They knock 50% off.there price immediately. If they buy it cheap, they sell it fare.

I was looking around town to sell my gold. Called a few places in Salem and Keizer. Accurate PM gave me the best price around, damn near spot. They honored my over the phone quote (anybody who deals with PM knows this is a big deal)...big plus. Very friendly staff. Im a big silver guy and so of course I had to check out their silver on hand and I must say Im verg impressed with their price and selection. I was in and out, got the deal done right away with Edel, no hassle, no problems. Just straight cash and a friendly service. So essentially this place is lying to people about whether or not their diamonds are real. I was told that the diamonds in my rings were Moissonite, and the guy helping me actually "verified" this with his diamond tester. I decided to take one of the rings and have it apprasied recently and -- big surprise -- the diamonds are actually real. Needless to say, this is an incredibly shady business. Whatever you do, dont do business here. You will be lied to.

I have been in twice now to find jewelry for my beautiful wife. These folks are great. The selection is relatively small but it is continually rotating and everything is unique. The prices are way better than any of the retail or mall shops. I like how the place is very secure, locked down and one of the fellows open carries a Glock on his hip! I will continue to make this my first stop when I need jewelry.

Rip off! Took advantage of me. Wasnt honest to make more off me. Wouldnt give me what my silver was really worth. Never again will I ever go there. The guy told me my .999 fine silver coin was generic so it was worth less. I found out he was lying. If you are going, go with someone who knows the market! Thwy will rip you off if you are a woman just trying to sell something.

I took 2 and half pounds of .999 silver bullion in and was given over spot price, and treated very proffesionally. They locked the doors which made me feel secure, and they gave me the courtesy and respect one would expect. Great group of people there. Nobody, even in Portland, would pay me what they did on my silver. Five star recommended.
