My experience at the cricket store on Wellington trace has been truly horrible . I came in yesterday with the hopes of switching my phone service from att to cricket wireless which I did but after all the reviews online I thought I picked the best cricket wireless store in the area but I was mistaken . From the get-go AMANDA gave horrible customer service , she took a long time which I wasnt expecting and began treating and speaking to me like a child. As an older woman and a human being I expect to be treated as such but that wasnt the case . Shes very un profesional. My experience at cricket was the worst yet . I DONT RECOMMEND THEM !

I have Cricket on my phone and have zero complaints. However, I went to get a replacement phone for my sister in law and founs out that if youre porting a number from another carrier it will take several hours for the phone to receive calls. They conveniently forget to tell you this.
