I was assisted by Josh Douglas at this store last week and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. Josh was very knowledgeable about all the products I inquired about, insightful as to pros and cons of each according to my personal needs/interests & very friendly. My husband usually deals with a gentleman named Chris at this store and has been very happy with the service he has provided but Chris was not there that day. There was another associate, a taller gentleman, that kept me company for the short while I had to wait for Josh and I found him to be extremely friendly and helpful as well. I had no problems during my visit and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

My husband and I had 2 different service providers , Sprint and T-Mobile . We wanted to go on a family plan with 1 company . We inquired with both of our present companies . Seemed to be robotic and not very personable ! We stopped by Verizon and we where geeted by Jasmine. It was the opposite experience from the beggining, she is very personable and very educated to all our question about service and the new phones . She is very patient and complete with all of our questions . Was a pleasure to do business with . I would suggest asking for Jasmine when coming to Verizon . Thank you so much for all the help ! The power port on my Droid 4 got damaged, so I stopped into the Satellite Beach, FL store to look at new phones. Chris Kane directed me to the just released LG 4. He also mentioned the limited time offer from LG for a free extra battery, charging port, and larger storage chip. That package is now on the way. Im very happy with the phone and with the service I received from Chris. Ive called him a few times since, looking for extra guidance for both the phone and my account, and hes been a tremendous help. Chris Kanes dedication to customer service does Verizon proud. Im sending this from NC. My Mom, age 82, received SUPERIOR support from Franco at this store. She was looking to acquire a new phone. He spent a great amount of time helping her get what she needed, not what a salesman would do if interested in "making a sale". He was patient and kind to her and helped her for quite some time. His patience is admirable and his professionalism was beyond any expectation. Thanks for making my Moms experience a great one and taking care of her in my absence. Appreciate your help and kindness. Chris Ferguson is a fantastic young man! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. While a different Verizon store and employee just handed me my phone and said we cant help you go to an outside source for help, Chris on the other hand said I believe I can help you and he tried and succeeded! I received a phone call today from a guy at my Verizion store by my house he said his name was Franco and I said ok he said he has a tablet for me and it will only be 29.00 after rebate we I was all ears and said I can see you today at 4:30 and I can say now Im a proud owner of an awesome tablet and this is why I stay with them and have been with them since 1994 and will always stay with them for there customer service always GREAT....

Billy Ferry helped me and my wife buy our Iphone 6s today. He was very helpful and patient as we had our 1 year old little girl running all over the store. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Buying phones is never a fun experience but he made it the best Ive every had. He also went above and beyond explaining things and answering all my wifes questions. I will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends.

Lied to me every step of the way. They lied to me about the price of the bill, lied to me about the price of my phone, they lied to me about free accessories to be credited to my account. They lied to me about the data cost. They lied to me about how data would be applied to my account. They lied to me about how much data of the (free tablet thats not free) cost $140 as well as about the data it uses. They lied lied lied!

I walked in your store and not only did he solve my problem but set up things on my phone I didnt know were there. A young man named Ben helped me. What a great experiance for customer service. I was in the store with my parents, who are a little older, and were confused about their bill. Derrick made sure we were seen promptly and explained perfectly what was going on with the bill and how to most economically handle the issue. He made them feel at ease immediately, showed exceptional customer service and was obviously knowledgeable of the products and services offered by Verizon.

I had to go in to Verizon yesterday for a problem with my phone. The rep was so helpful and was able to fix my problem in seconds. I came back in this morning to get a tablet for my daughters birthday (same rep as yesterday) and he was just as helpful as he was yesterday.
