Ive always had great service with Verizon but this sales rep has been the best one yet! Chris Ferguson was able to help me pick out a great phone and got me the accessories that I needed since I was upgrading from an Apple device. He answered all my questions and even showed me some cool features on the new Samsung phone. I cant stand boring sales reps and this guy was anything but! If youre looking for someone that knows what theyre talking about, friendly and want a great experience I recommend seeing Chris Ferguson!:) Thanks for making the hour drive worth it!!

Billy took really good care of me here. Got me in and out in under an hour with a new phone. While I was being waited on, I noticed the other representatives were very attentive in taking care of the other customers as well. Mostly they were just answering phone-related questions, not even selling anything! One complaint I might have is their stock can be hit-or-miss. They might not have exactly what you want right away. But service is most excellent here. Thanks, Billy!

Great Experience when I went to this particular store. I walked in and immediately Jodi called me over to her desk. Im not going to lie I had intentions of cancelling my contract with verizon. But as she helped me out and walked me through my coverage and options I found out I had a lot more available to me than I thought! needless to say I am still with verizon and actually bought somethings while I was there. Jodi saved my contract! Definitely ask for her if you go!

I had an excellent experience with the female salesperson! She did an outstanding job! I came in for help because I was very concerned about losing all my pictures and videos because of a problem with my phone. She was so helpful, kind, friendly and spent lots of time with me to fix the problem. I will definitely be back to this specific store and look forward to working with her again, especially when its time for my new upgrade!!

My sales agent was extremely knowledgeable to my interest in a new upgrade on my cell. He had patience with transferring my old data from my old cell since the old phone had issues. I enjoyed the explanation of the new plans and bundled options I went with. I will recommend my sales agent to anyone I come across interested in a Verizon plan.

I went to the Verizon store on Wickham Rd in melbourne and met jasmine told her I was having trouble with all of my storage space she help me by getting a memory card and loading all my pictures and other data down on it and did my updated on my phone the people here at the store of very very helpful.

I dropped by and asked about upgrade. One of the sales offered me Samsung Galaxy note 2 for $349 and Samsung Galaxy 3 for $199. I returned home and checked the Verizonwireless and found Galaxy note 2 is $199 and Galaxy 3 $99. Always check the price online first!

Every phone Ive purchased here, they have helped me set up. Today I purchased a phone at the store on 192. They handed me the box and didnt help me set it up. I had to return to this store to get help. I would recommend this store over any other.
