Horrible experience by "Angela" or employee 0177. We sprayed two sprays of a perfume to test it. She walked over, took the perfume we were testing, and said "Im gonna take this away before you all spray it again!" And went and put it under the counter. We were in shock at the blatant rudeness of this woman. If she doesnt like the smell of perfume, maybe she shouldnt work at a store that sells perfume! We were not sitting there spraying it unnecessarily. We just sprayed two sprays of it on our skin. She needs to go back to whatever hole she crawled out of. Seriously, the other girl working was nice but this woman made us put back our purchases and walk out. She offered her name to us as if asking for us to complain for her thats why Im not even sure if the name she gave us was her real name. Save your time and go to another Sephora. The people they hire here should not be working with the public.

I went there looking for a particular product. The tone of the employees were not welcoming at all. She was very snappy about answering my question. It was not a good experience at all. I will not be going back. Online shopping for me.

When the management has a horrible attitude dont expect much more from the employees. I will never set foot in there again. This place is the exact reason that I prefer to shop online.

I dont even want to give one start because this place got worse customer service!!!! I believe if you give your customers attitude than you should find different job!!!!
