Everyone was really nice but it was not what I expected i went to get my hair and makeup done for my weddding and i explained that I wanted a 50s style wave to my hair and makeup to match that style she just curled my hair with a curling iron and combed it out i could of did that myself and my makeup was really bad she had to redo the makeup twice it was not what i wanted at all it was hard to believe that the makeup application was so bad after seeing everyone that works there and how they apply thier own makeup at the end someone helped me it was better but not what i really envisioned for my wedding day they need more experienced makeup artists and hair stylist especialy someone who can work with women of color like myself

I went in for a color. The color is nothing like the picture. My roots are a different color than the rest of my hair. I also said that I didnt need a cut but she cut it anyways. I was charged $47 for less than 1/8 in. To come off when I asked nothing be done. Its over priced and not that great of a place to get your hair done.

First time at an ulta. Was recommended a foundation color that didnt match my skin. I thought the girl would have tested the foundation, they did have tables with mirrors and i thought she would have. Sop now Im stuck with a $40 tube of foundation that doesnt match :(

My daughter went here for a hair style and makeup application and it was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. I let her use my debit card thinking it would be around 50-75 dollars. It was $170! Never again!

Its overpriced for no reason. It took me 4 hours to get highlights and trimming done. But, I can see the split ends after trimming as well. Big NO.

Kind of expensive
