I just went in and tried to purchase several items that were sitting on the "discount" tables or on the clearance rack. I was charged FULL PRICE on all items. Apparently the shirts that are displayed directly in front of the 25% off sign are not on sale, and no explanation was given as to why no discount was given on the clearance items. To top it all off, I was NOT given a receipt on my returns and was told to "just keep an eye on my credit card statement." Overall it was just a very shady and unsatisfying experience that I hope I wont have to turn into a legal matter.

Staff was friendly, and store has a nice layout. If you like Eddie Bauer brand, youll be happy here. The Country Club Plaza is a quite nice shopping area, with plenty of high end retailers and plenty of free parking.

Great store but always short on tall sizes. Im use to it but it would be nice to have more tall sizes in stock and not always having to order them.
