This week I called REO to get a new AC unit. As I have a home warranty I needed to have the price for the unit with installation in writing so that I may get reimbursed. Their subcontractor, who installs their units, told me it would cost $25 to get an estimate in writing! I called the store to get some resolution and the customer service person, Giovanna, refused to help me as the sales person was not in. Today they called me back and said they were "going to pass." I had bought all my appliances (10 items) in both my homes from REO and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was trying to support a local business but they made it impossible to do so. This is not customer service. I do not recommend them.

We have used REO several times to fix our old SubZero fridge and Bosch dishwasher. The charges are always less than I expect, and the servicemen are very honest about what should be fixed and what is not worth fixing. Because of our satisfaction with their service, I decided to purchase a new wall oven and they undercut the big box stores on price and installation! Moreover, they advised me to buy a less-expensive (30% cheaper) unit based on features and value. Highly recommended!!

The saying goes like this:Aitoro drools, REO Rules!!! Im just sorry I gave the former my earlier business; my sincerest apologies to REO. Fortunately, I discovered how fantastic REO is and shall go there from here on out. They were right on time w/ their delivery, no sob story and no missing parts, either. What a refreshing change. Ill be giving them my business in the future. What nice people, too!! JM

Dont plug your appliances in if you dont want someone to turn it on while inspecting their possible purchase. Very rude and not at all helpful. Now I wont even consider taking my business there and for that matter here is a nice review for all to see after being yelled at in the store like a 2 year old. Plenty of other places to shop at. Dont even bother going here

I think that says it all. Yes it is a quality brand - NO it should not cost almost eight hundred to replace a frig gasket. I googled the repair afterwards to get comparison bids - they were available at 1/3 the price.

REO is the ONLY place I will buy appliances. They always arrive when they say they will and the quality of product and repair service has always been excellent.
