As I write this, the only other review gives Buzaid 1 star and some negative feedback. When we needed a chest freezer fast (and cheap), I went to the store with some apprehension. I have to say it was unfounded - the desk clerk (who I later found out was the owner) helped me look at the freezers they had. I picked one out and he helped me load it into my car. Everything went well and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, once the "defective" product is sold, they wash their hands of it, and its up to you to get it repaired.
