Just finished another wonderful buying experience at Appliance World and I am updating my recent Google review submitted last week. WHAT A CLASS OPERATION AND MY FIVE STAR RATING IS AGAIN WELL EARNED. Our professional Sales Rep. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and the entire support staff could not be nicer. There are times when a big box store does not always "fit the bill". Trust me they did beat the competition. So if you are considering purchasing one or more new appliances then this hidden gem in Huntington Village is a destination not to be missed. Come prepared and your journey will be well rewarded!!!

Under an extremely short time frame Chris put my order together at an affordable price and delivered on time and as promised! Terrible experience! DO NOT SHOP HERE! They delivered a damaged Thermador freezer in December 17 of 2016. While they were installing, I pointed out the error code and was told "its normal". I decided to call Thermador corporate to find out, they send a technician who found the unit to be defective. It is now February 22, 2017 and appliance world has made zero effort to replace the unit.

First Class! Beautiful show room and very knowledgeable staff. They have something for every budget. They go above and beyond to accommodate all their customers needs. They also caring Oreck Vacuums which is supper convenience!
