The washing machine Tom White recommended and sold me last week is on Sale at Sears this week with 25% off. Lew White appliance STILL HAS THEM BEAT and Sears will allow me to pick it up myself or pay extra for Delivery. Lew White Appliance delivered and installed and removed my old machine. I asked Tom for a recommendation and the unit he recommended has the most favorable reviews online. All in all nobody wants to have to replace a faulty appliance, specifically around the holidays, but if you do - then using Lew White Appliance is the easiest decision you can make - just make the phone call and you are back in business. Called in regards to purchasing a Speed Queen dryer. I asked for a price on a specific model and was given a price $300 higher than anywhere else. When I asked if he was sure he had it right I was told "of course Im sure, if you cant afford it we have other dryers available" (mind you he hadnt even asked if I needed gas or electric) I then asked for the individuals name and was hung up on. So much for giving the "Mom and Pop" shop a chance, and you wonder why the big box stores put these people out of business...

Visited the store to purchase 4 appliances, the sales guy was very helpful and I spend hundreds of dollars less than my budget. As the saving were so good I opted to pay for all the install. The delivery guys and install guys were on time and very professional. My plumbing and electrics needed some changes which were carried out very neatly giving me a much safer and better solution than I had before with the old appliances. Very happy customer.

The delivery and install was flawless!! Support your local small business vs. Big box stores you wont be disappointed. Not the flashy showroom but the service and prices where right!!
