My Husband and I purchased a Samsung Washing Machine and a Whirlpool Dryer the end of January 2017. We were so excited about our purchase and love the Washer and Dryer the woman who helped us look was great and we scheduled delivery. Delivery got rescheduled a few times due to weather which I understood. The guys delivered and installed and were very good and told us to wait an hour or 2 to use it because it was a long and very cold drive and the washer needed to warm up so nothing would crack. Understandable. The customer service from this point on is what has aggravated me enough to give a 1 star rating. When we ran the washer hours after delivery, we discovered a leak in the drain hose of the washer. We called the next day to ask about getting a replacement. I asked if they needed the make and model number and they said theyd look it up on their paperwork they had from our purchase. I had to keep calling for over a week to find out if they had it yet or not because no one kept in contact as to IF it was even ordered. The guys had to reschedule 3 times to bring us the hose and when they did come they had the WRONG Hose. They apologized and I showed them the manual we had for our washer so theyd have the make and model number. They said they dont often have deliveries in our area and asked if they could ship the hose to us since my Husband said he could replace it himself once we had the hose instead of waiting for them to show up. I waited 2 weeks to allow for delivery and then to called and find out where my hose was. No one knew what I was referring too. I explained the situation and was told, "Oh ya! Well order it and get it to you" Another 2 weeks later I called again, no hose. Again they didnt have a clue what I was referring to. This has gone on now for 3 MONTHS, I even sent a picture of the make and model number of our washing machine upon their request, for them to order the part, and have STILL not heard anything, and continue to call and get NO answers. The customer service is clearly severely lacking and once they sell you an appliance and get their money, clearly dont care about giving you good service even though I have a 6 Month Warranty on these Appliances! We will NEVER buy another thing from this place again, and have told all our friends and family to be careful about doing business with this place because they clearly dont care about customer service once you purchase something. My husband had to put a temporary patch on our drain hose with silicone caulking so we could use the washer while waiting for a hose that is clearly not ever going to get ordered, just so we could use our washing machine. Both appliances work great, other than that 1 little leak in the drain hose, but I am completely appalled and aggravated by the total lack of customer service by this store.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had buying an appliance. I usually do not waste my time doing reviews but I want to warn anyone who is even considering buying any of the garbage sold in this store not to do it!. My daughter bought a refrigerator for her new place from this store. the lady that helped us shop was very nice. But, we paid in full and set up a delivery date. first they rescheduled our delivery about 3 different times and all of her food that was in the refrigerator went bad because it took them over a week to get our new fridge to us. Then when they came the guy insisted that they take our old fridge because they took a look at it while they were delivering my daughters new refrigerator and told us that it was 100% broken and could not be repaired. They told us they do this free of charge (to make it sound like they are doing us a favor). Then we had the new fridge for about a month until it started having issues with the fan. When we bought the fridge from them they said we get a warranty with it. So I called and called and no one was giving me an answer of when someone would come take a look at it so i showed up in person. When i went back to the store, I was looking around and could have sworn i saw the SAME EXACT refrigerator they took out of my daughters house on the sale floor with a price tag on it! That is probably why the one we bought stopped working so quickly. After so much aggravation and time wasted taking time off of work to sit around for a delivery that kept getting rescheduled, and tons of unanswered phone calls they finally resolved the issue with us. But this store has terrible customer service and all they want is your money but when it is time to fix an issue with one of their items they are no where to be found. I advise anyone who is even considering buying any item from them to take your business elsewhere.

NEW OWNERS AND THE WAY THINGS ARE RAN. There was a few older reviews that werent to good but I can say I went in there a few days ago and everything has changed and its a new company completely. They are very professional and motivated to ensure customer service and quality is provided. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. From now on this is the place Ill head to from now own. CONGRATS to the new owners!

This place had everything I needed and more. They came to my house put everything in and had no issues. They actually drove back the next day just to give me the receipt! This place has great deals and I recommend it to anyone. Change in ownership to from what Ive heard!!!
