UPDATE: 1/13/2015 it took 50-days but I received the $1000.00 rebate, the dealership had to cut me a check. Personally Ive always felt customer service is where businesses make their money, i.e. word of mouth.They should take a hard look at this fiasco and revisit their customer service policy. NOT HAPPY being shafted. 22-NOV-2015, I bought a 2015 Ford Escape. I love the car. HOWEVER to date 12-JAN-2015 I have not received the $1000.00 Amazon Card, which was part of the rebate deal on a new Escape. Ive called, visited the dealership on 30-DEC-2014 and have just called AGAIN! No Amazon card...$1000.00. They screwed me out of $1000.00 but they are blaming it on FORD. Seriously?? I could have purchased a vehicle, received the same deal, minus the $1K screwing, anywhere in the Tri-state. This is the last time I buy local and I will not recommend anyone buy from DEMPEWOLF, either they are incompetent or they are crooks.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Bought a used car from this dealer. Paid KBB price for the car in excellent condition. Within 3 days the car was overheating and leaking antifreeze all over the place. Called the dealer to see what they would be willing to do. Of course I bought the car AS IS, and they immediately reminded me of that. They refused to even look at the car. Its hard for me to believe that a car dealer in this economy isnt at least a little concerned about their reputation. I will NEVER go back to this dealer and would not reccomend them to anyone.

Through out the entire process, there was never any pressure, everyone just wanted to help us find the vehicle that best fit our family. We were able to test drive multiple vehicles, and they were all extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. Great team of people to purchase a car from!

Fantastic experience dealing with the guys at Dempewolf Ford. Travis Penley and Shane Nance are miracle workers. Got us an amazing deal on a 2017 Ford Escape. These guys will push themselves to the edge to get the deal youre looking for done. If I could give 10 stars I would. If Im ever in the market for a new vehicle again, these guys will be at the top of my list of places to go!

Ivan was an awesome salesman and very easy to talk to and he got us an amazing deal. He wasnt pushy at all and understood that we had a budget and he kept working until he got us a great price. Poor customer service!!! The service dept will argue with you on warranty issues and wont take the time to check to see if the problem is covered, than try to kick you off the property. Wont ever purchase a vehicle there again. Champion Ford in Owensboro fixed it, no problems at all. Nice and courteous service dept.

I was in the showroom one day and overheard their General Manager, Rick, talking to a salesman about keeping a customer happy. They had gone to great lengths, even offering to find the customer another vehicle with features exceeding what she had paid for. I was VERY impressed!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!! They sold me a vehicle with a BAD car fax!!!!!! Never apologized. Once you buy from them, they are done with you! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
