Friendly staff, very sad to see the damage on some cars in the lot. Had to wait a bit, but otherwise had no issue with going in to retrieve possessions from a vehicle. Verify required attire before visiting if you need to access the lot; no open-toed shoes for safety reasons.

I bought a 2016 car 16 miles on it online. I had the car delivered and I noticed parts have been changed. IAAI stripped the car and replaced with old parts. I got ripped off. Dont buy online.
