My wife and I made the decision to check into purchasing a new vehicle. I messaged Tommy Prather to see if he could locate a few particular vehicles we had in mind. Within minutes, he responded with a vehicle that was the #1 choice of vehicle we were looking for. We met at the dealership and were greeted with the warmest of welcomes from Tommy and other staff. We drove the Honda Odyssey and it was absolutely more than we expected. Tommy, being the great man that he is, had no clue he had already sold me the van by just being real and genuine. We went through the procedures of initial sales interviews and went straight in to purchasing-flawlessly. We felt as if he was selling his closest family a vehicle and was quite frank on his willingness to take a loss of a few dollars to give us the best price in order to make a better deal. Tommy went above and beyond in making this purchase into practically making us family with him and Watermark. This led to financing. We were then introduced to Bob Whitt. Another outstanding gentleman at the dealership. We went over final dollars and a mountain of paperwork which I have forgotten mostly about. The one thing that we have NOT forgotten about was his willingness to go above and beyond a finance manager. He gave us tips on increasing our credit more and more, and even emailed us an Excel worksheet (personally made by him) specifically designed for monthly/yearly budget, with savings as an emphasis. These above and beyond motives from 2 fine gentlemen made a purchase into a blessing! The icing on the cake, if you will, was when we were on our way out to our new purchase, Tommy stopped us and asked if he could pray with us and over our vehicle. OUTSTANDING!! This is not an average, run of the mill dealership. These guys put loyalty to customers their first priority! After we left, I realized a small clip was missing for the rear window shade. Tommy had called twice to assure our satisfaction and I told him of our complete satisfaction, but mentioned that clip to him. "Above and Beyond Tommy" literally ordered the clip, personally-from his own pocket. It might not mean much to anyone else, but to my family and I...this type of loyalty and professionalism deserved credit. Thank you Watermark-you have an amazing staff!

i had talked to many salesman over a 2 year span looking for a dodge ram, never felt comfortable with a sales person or any offer. my wife and i drove by madisonville ford nissan (late friday evening) and noticed a 2015 white altima w/sunroof. drove down and got out to get a closer look. i looked around and seen someone walking our way, i thought to myself, oh no here comes a salesman. he shook my hand and introduced himself as Jesse Wells. we asked him several questions about the differences in the altimas sitting on the parking lot and the financing available. he was very knowledgble, about all the packages, the current promos and financing current available, (with no pressure may i add). it was getting late so i told him we were going to leave and he gave me his card and his working hours. i really felt comfortable talking to him, so i went back the next day to see what kind of deal we could make on the 2015 altima, that caught our attention. after talking to him about payments and financing for our needs (may i add again, no pressure from jesse) we were able to come to an agreement and drove the car home that day. i had talked to many salesman previously in search of a truck, i wasnt really in the market for a car, but we were really attracted to the car and jesse"s hospitality and knowledge is the reason for our purchase. and i have and will continue to refer and recommend jesse wells to my friends and family.

We had been searching for a Nissan Quest for a couple of weeks. After seeing other Quests move quickly, we pounced on the van we found at Madisonville. We received a prompt response from the Internet Sales Manager, Darren, letting us know that van was still there and that a rep would follow up with us shortly. We were put in contact with Neal, who is honestly the best car sales rep Ive ever worked with. Hes an incredibly nice, funny, patient, and down to earth guy. It really felt like dealing with a friend. He worked with me all through phone and email contact, and was able to get an APR that beat our bank. We made arrangements to come down on a Saturday, and Neal was gracious enough with his time that he stayed after closing time and completely covered the differences between the SV and the S models. He also took us on a test drive in the used SV we were interested in, pointing out all of the safety features of the Quest, as well as its road capabilities. After deciding on the used SV, we were turned over to Stephen, one of the sales managers. He did highly recommend Nissans extended+ warranty, but he wasnt pushy about it when we declined. He was also extremely personable, but was able to get us through our paperwork quickly. I really cant recommend the guys from Madisonville enough. Despite the fact that its a 3+ hour drive from Indy, I plan on happily returning for my future purchases.

My husband and I had a great experience here! We have always got a car thru used car lots before. We decided to go here to buy our first brand new car because we was tired of dealing with used car lots. Tommy was the person who sold us our car, and he was absolutely amazing! We also spoke with Steven Ruby who was very helpful and. Awesome! They both gave us an experience that we will never forget! We absolutely love our new car and we will buy all of our cars from Tommy. He helped us find a great deal and he has such a great personality. He didnt pressure us into Nything, nd made us feel really relaxed and welcomed. He made us feel like family. When we left i told my husband its kinda funny and ironic that one of the used car lots we had bought a car from there logo was "drive easy" yet i never felt that confident in those words till we bought a car from watermark. If anyone is looking for a new or used car diffently go see Tommy Prather hes the best.

I usually do not post reviews besides positive ones, but my husband and I have had 3 months of no one calling us back. My husband and I purchased gap insurance under the different company, my husband had a wreck at the end of december. We called after insurance was filed and were told to give them a call in a week. We did and left message after mesaage after message. No one would ever call us back, we called 5 times in one day and the receptionist, very nice and understanding, had to keep teying to get a hold of other people. We understood when they switched ownership, and that it would be difficult, but this really does not show good customer service or give us or any of our friends and family motivation of purchasing withe this company. I do understand we purchased with a different company, but we still have not settle our gap claim. There is not money against them in this. I do hope they treat others that are their customers now better.
