Did not have a good experience getting parts from here. I went in asked for some full tail lights so the guy told me to come back tomorrow and pick them up. I come back tomorrow and the guy hands me half of the tail lights. I went up to the front and asked him if I could purchase the rest of the tail light, he wouldnt sell it to me unless I bought the whole trunk lid. when I originally purchased the taillights I asked for the full taillights. But this man had me taken up and down that entire block before giving my money back. Biggest waste of time. I would never go back.

Its a good feeling when dealing with a company whos staff you can trust from a long distance phone call. I run a used car dealership in London Ontario and needed a navi unit for an Acura MDX. I had no luck finding one until I was referred by a near by auto wreckers to call Bionic Auto Parts in Chicago. So I did, after speaking with Omar he had the part I was looking for and I felt the comfort to instantly order the part over the phone. He guided me through the shipping process with ease. While waiting an extra hour beyond what I was told to for a part (a car seat), I watched 2 drug deals go down at the house in front of gate 2. I guess that would be a good way to kill time if thats what youre into. Im not, so Ill never go back there again even if its the cheapest place. The staff wasnt helpful about even getting me updates on my part. Theres no waiting area, but theres a vending machine and a TV if you want to stand there.

I found a door on their website described with "no damage" "A" condition. Called to verify. After I arrived and paid, Ive noticed the door had significant dents and scratches. Was able to return item, but got no sorry or anything. Very unprofessional. Wasted gas money and 3 hours of my time. Stay away!

Horrible place to buy use parts sold me a broken transmission did not cover my labor for the second time didnt give me the warranty i paid for the first time bad customer service dont waste your time buying used parts here youll waste more money and time then expected shop else where
