Faris Nijim at Porsche Exchange provided us with an extremely personalized experience in ordering our Targa4S with European Delivery. From our first face-to-face meeting through the final delivery at their gorgeous new building, Faris was always available and helpful. Via text, email or phone, Faris was always readily available providing excellent communication. His deep, deep knowledge of the product line and his many years of experience with the ordering process made my decision making straightforward and fun, and provided me with confidence that I was making solid decisions. Never pushy or condescending, Faris was always kind and helpful, asking pertinent questions and often providing not one but a variety of valuable suggestions. His guidance was always accurate and timely. Passion and commitment to client service is evident in how Faris interacts with his clients. He is a true professional, who loves what he does, and does it extremely well. You’ll be fortunate if you have the opportunity to work with Faris in purchasing your first or next Porsche. In addition, I would highly recommend Porsche’s European Delivery at Leipzig. Wow! What an experience. Beautiful hotel, awesome Porsche Customer facility and staff, exciting and diverse track with a professional driver in a car identical to what you are picking up (and of course you get to drive the track, too), in-depth tour of Porsche’s stunning, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, capped off with gourmet dining overlooking the track. And thats just the beginning….then you have up to 30 days of driving your new Porsche on exhilarating European roads. We toured southern Germany on both country roads and the Autobahn (quickly reached 245kph - legally), then explored mountain passes and country roads in Austria, Italy, Slovenia and northern Croatia. The Alps, the Dolomites, the Italian Lakes, the Julian Alps, the Adriatic coast….these are the roads Porsches are designed for.

I had my first Porsche customer experience with David Perkins at the Porsche Exchange ten months ago when I bought a 2016 Porsche Cayenne. I’m a sales and customer service coach for a living so I always notice and deeply appreciate a great sales/service experience. From the moment I met David, i felt listened to and cared for. I felt served, not sold. He was highly knowledgable, generous with his time and was very responsive via email and phone after my first visit. Everything he said would happen, happened. I always appreciate people doing what they say they’re going to do. In the ten months since purchase, I have been in for regular service/maintenance and each time the experience has been very positive. Each member of the Porsche Exchange team has been consistently good -- from service, parts, and the good people at reception and the new coffee bar. I always wait for my car to be serviced vs. coming back because I enjoy sitting in the beautifully designed, sun-lit customer area and showroom and store. I highly recommend David to those buying their first Porsche or to previous owners who may be dissatisfied with their current dealer experience. Porsche: There really is no substitute! Thank you Dave and Porsche Exchange Team! GM

We are owners of the LR3 and a jaguar. Weve had excellent experiences at both local dealeships. I visited the Porsche dealership on Saturday to test drive the Cayenne as a replacement for my LR3. The store was crowded and busy but we were patient until a younger "Brand Ambassador" was able to help us. We drove the car and exchanged information, they provided a trade in estimate. The Brand Ambassador contacted us yesterday and talked with my husband. I called today to request specs on the new models arriving and we agreed I would be in to test drive today or tomorrow. I arrived this evening and stood in the main area for at least 5 minutes in sight of three associates. Not one greeted me or inquired as to why I was there. Two were at their desks looking at computer screens. One was in a conversation with an apparent client. Porsche, youve just lost a client who would have paid cash and had decided on the Cayenne. Sorry, but youve lost a loyal customer. As a woman I refuse to give my business to companies who do not provide excellent service. Customer service epic failure. You may have a fabulous product but youre not the only luxury crossover vehicle.

Service was prompt and courteous. Everything was explained to me carefully. Nice facilities. But frankly am disgusted with Porsche, not the dealership or its staff. A 2013 Cayenne Turbo with 21,000 miles. I paid $136,000 for it from you. Never off roaded. Always serviced and babied. And now the transfer case fails for $5k to replace, really? On top of the major work already done within six months of purchasing it new? My wifes Range Rover Sport with 51,000 miles has been problem free, ironically. After discussing this with my wife we will never buy another Porsche nor recommend one. Again. The dealership experience was excellent. But a transfer case fail at 21,000 miles on a babied car is unacceptable. Jon Biasetti. UPDATE. Porsche Exchange Service Department went to bat for me and got Porsche to agree to replace my transfer case for free! Now thats dealer service!

We have purchased several vehicles from the Porsche Exchange. The experience has been wonderful. We have worked with Chris. He is incredibly helpful. He provides the information we are looking for without it ever feeling like we are being sold or pushed into anything. He is very knowledgeable and helps inform us about what options make sense and what options dont. The service has been tremendous. We havent really needed anything outside of routine maintenance but getting an appointment has been easy and convenient (they will pick up the car if need be) and the service advisors are very friendly. In short, we feel like valued customers even after the purchase. They go out of their way to be helpful. We have had the good fortune of having numerous makes of cars over the years from various dealerships and my experience with the exchange has been hands down the best.

4th Vehicle purchase from The Exchange Porsche and there is a good reason for that. You purchase a vehicle once (which was also a very good experience(s)), but service is consistent through out the ownership of the vehicle. Even before the multi million dollar building upgrade, I always enjoyed the courtesy of the staff at The Exchange, both Audi and Porsche. Lucky for me, my service advisor David Tong from The Exchange Audi, is now my advisor at Porsche and I trust his reccomendations to keep my vehicle maintained. I would definitley suggest The Semersky Group to to anyone interested in a Porsche, Audi, or Chevrolet. They treated me very well from the first day I walked into one of the showrooms and continued to deliver that high level of service when I stopped by today. Thanks guys, really appreciate it!

These guys have the best Porsches in the area. Unlike other retarded dealers in the area, they know what options to select when they order their cars. However, as they know this well, their service is the worst you can imagine. Horrible services that you will receive while buying a 100k car (completely beyond unacceptable by the way). If you can stand this, even worse after service experience awaits. They never have a loner to lend you, and they never tell you about the recalls that are open on the car until you come in, just to screw your incredibly busy day. They charge ridiculously for services, and always try to rip you off. Dont let their options fool you, as you paying extra outta ur pocket to cover your preference may be far more valuable in the long run.
