Went in to purchase a dishwasher and found the one I was looking for. It was also available at Best Buy but Sears promised a more timely delivery and installation. I asked the Sales Associate (who was an *Appliance Specialist*) if the delivery date was solid and she said yes- I told her the only reason I was buying it at Sears was because of the delivery date. Sears also charged $70 for delivery (or $145 for delivery and installation) and BB delivers for free over $399. But as I couldnt get a hold of my plumber right away I opted for the delivery and install. After relieving me of over $1000 on the sale, the next day I get a call telling me that they were scheduling me for delivery in a WEEK! So it went from 2 days to a week. I cancelled the order and now have to wait for 7-10 for my money back. Well see how long that really takes. I was cut off numerous times while canceling the order and couldnt even get the store itself to answer the phone. It really ticks me off to have a company promise what they cant deliver while taking your money. Ill gladly wait and give my money to someone else who will actually tell the truth and not what they think you want to hear with no intention of following through. And after all this each time the person on the other end of the phone says "And thank you for choosing Sears!" I Un-Choose Sears! Forever.

I asked for black olives for my daughters sandwich. She got two tiny slices. Only two whopping tiny slices of pickle. Wow! Are we all on a strict diet Subway??? Thats rediculous! This is not the only Subway that has done this. I just went to Subway on Harbor Blvd near the 91 frway. I ordered meatball sandwich and got 3 small meatballs NO sauce. She forgot my boyfriends mustard. My boyfriend is who gets me to go here. I hate Subway so chinseyon their food. I go to Tummy Stuffer in Anaheim. I get 8 inch sandwich and its Subways deluxe size for the same price. Just heard Subway raised their prices. Youve got to be kidding me!!!

I have paid 2 recent visits to this Sears store. I stopped by after getting off work, so evening time. The service was horrible. Both times I could not find someone at a checkstand, so I could pay for the items I selected. I did find someone in the shoe section, and when I did, she told me she would not ring me up because "they work on commission" in the shoe section! I put my items down, and left. I will buy my items either somewhere else, or online! I know now why there werent very many people there!

Such a shadow of its former self. The cashiers in the tool department went out of their way to be both cheerful and helpful that was remarkable to experience again. True customer service at a store is so refreshing and greatly appreciated. I hope the management of the store can know how their efforts to hire and train such an excellent staff is noticed and at least I will try to be a repeat customer as a result.

Store was having a clearance sale. While there was nothing on the floor or in disarray the store looked like it was closing down. Couldnt find what I was looking for (dress shirt) due to a limited selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a hiring sign so hopefully that means the store will stick around.

I bought my fiance her engagement ring here. Pricing great, jewelery great! Knowelegable employees not so much :( I was told sizing was included it wasnt charlene fixed it and I got the care plan eventhough it was weeks later she was awesome! But because of the initial oops only 3 stars.

Impressed with the salesperson I worked with, Kardesha. We had placed an online order and Sears cancelled it due to some glitch. When I went in, I was able to reorder everything and Kardesha gave me 10% off on the purchase for my troubles!

Ron the mattress sales person was really helpful. Explaining coils and hybrid mattresses. He was patient as we layed on ALL of the beds and he helped us get a great deal on a Serta mattress.
