Love the selection and bought a ton of nice things for good prices. However, two people made my experience much worse. First, I encountered a staff member before changing clothes. She made me wait 3 minutes even though 1/2 of the rooms were open. Everything was so cheap anyway, and I let it go. No big deal. Then, when I arrived home, I realized something: there was still a plastic ink security item on my socks. Now, I will be forced to drive back to Ross, which not to mention is 20 minutes away from my home, once again. Thank you Ross management for having such great deals at your store, but the employees really need to step up their game.

I love the store, and the friendly employees. That is the good news. The bad news it is always a mess the entire store. The worst is near the check out counter. I understand it is 90% caused by us the customers but it makes me think you dont care about the merchandise or find it worth anything. If you dont care why should I spend my money buying it. My son says I spend more cleaning up areas than shopping. I want other customers to find things easier. Will I continue to shop here yes and cleaning and organizing the store. Thank You

Rude cashier. Im not close to being a Senior Citizen and was asked if I wanyed to apply for that discount. Rude dressing room attendant saving EMPTY shopping carts for customers. If there isnt anything in the cart its for anyone in the store. Rude security. His 2 cents were unwarranted and unwelcomed. Not going back to this location.

Employees were friendly. It was pretty organized for being the kind of store it is. Was a bit bothered by the fact that dressing rooms had no lock, just magnetic strips to keep it closed.

The parking lot was a mess! So much trash. Please clean. Staff was helpful and unlike other Ross stores that I have visited, the clothing was neat. Thank you for that.
