This store lacks any sort of management at all. More employees doing less than I have every experienced. There are always 3 or 4 behind the customer service counter, never more than 1 or 2 doing check out, and never anyone on the floor helping customers. I have observed the "manager" and he is completely oblivious to these problems and more often tan not, a part of the problem by standing and talking to groups of employees. A shame really, because one tends to leave rather than wait in line for any "customer service" or checkout, which averages 20 - 25 minutes no matter what time you go in..

My wife was looking for a new watch. The jewelry counter is located at the entrance. Three employees were behind the counter, but they had to call in the jewelry counter attendant. I say, " attendant ", because after waiting for the attendant for 15 minutes, we were then instructed to wait an additional 30 minutes in their checkout line. They would not check it out at the counter. Also, when asked to compare two watches together my wife was Tersely admonished and said, "only one at a time maam!" Needless to say, we left with no sale a purchase from a competitor.

One of the most terrible customer service experience ever my card declined for 1 minute because I needed to transfer my funds into my personal account I asked her to give me one minute she told me Im going to suspend your transaction you need to go back of the line manager started yelling at my kid for touching toys what the he is wrong with these people I need to learn some manners I dont think the people who work here even have Ged they have no class

Had a really awful experience here. Me and two other customers were in line, just trying to make single item returns, but it took about 20 mins for the multiple people standing behind the counter to acknowledge and assist us. They were literally just organizing random things with customers apparently the farthest thing from their mind. It was laughable and really strange...needless to say I will not be returning anytime soon.

Great experience! Right as I walked in there was a lady asking what can she help me find. She pointed me in the right direction and had another staff members waiting there as I arrived to help me located what I was looking for. This was very fast and friendly service that took me about 10 minutes all together

If you will be patient, you will find it. I personally believe that places like Ross are a must in any city in America. They have quality and affordable clothes, for ridiculous prices. They may not have the latest collections, but for many people this is OK, since the prices allow almost anyone shop here.

Horrible customer service at the registers! While there is a massive huge line (obviously due to season shoppers), each cashier stops in the middle of each transaction to put "go backs" back instead of sitting it aside and saving that

This place is a good location. The store was fairly well stocked, and the lines moved faster than normal Ross lines. The only complaint I have is that the store was fairly dirty, overall though it was not a bad thing shopping here.

This place is the worst. Theres more employees doing "loss prevention", rather than checking out the 50 people in line. I spent an hour in line to check out, avoid this one if you can.

A friends phone got stolen here after she left it on a shelf for 5 minutes ! Security team barely looked at the tape and didnt even ask where we were in the store.

Drssing rooms dont have locks and there dirty Lines take too long
