I was hired by them on June 14, 2017 and I was never given a start date. I called them repeatedly and I would never get a call back nor a date when to start. I called 6/15/17, 6/17/17 twice, 6/18/17 twice and 6/24/17 twice. The list goes on and on, every time I would call they would reasure me that I was hired and would be working soon. I was so eager to start working and have been a loyal costumer since I could remember. upon being hired I got an email in which I had to confirm the job but every time I would log in the website it would give me a reference number because the website was having a "VF Corp Federation Service" I called the vans store repeatedly and told them and they kept telling me that I was going to be called in to fill out paper work and it never happened. I spoke to Pearl every time I called and she would take my name and number down but I never would a call back. The staff at this store lack communication because pearl then called me to schedule me for an interview but I was already hired. on August 10th I called and spoke to Elmer and he said I had declined the job which was completely false. I had told him I would call all the time and never a call back.This establishment is unorganized and does not communicate whatsoever.

This is the place to go for your Van shoe needs, unless you have huge feet like my BF who needs to order them special. They have a wide selection of shoes so youre bound to find something you like unless you just dont like Vans shoes. This store can get pretty busy but the employees are pretty good at grabbing multiple peoples show requests. Besides shoes they also have a nice selection of clothing and accessories.
