Beautiful new store, very friendly staff. Since opening however they have not remained consistent in the cat food products they carry. The selection is too small as it is and there is no consistency of products that are carried. A few examples are: 1. raw food cooler started as 2 coolers, at the opening 1 cooler had 2 full shelves for raw cat food, as of today (according to the price tags and a employee) it is now 1 self with 2 different items only. 2. Nutro, once available in 12 flavors 3 Types (pate, Sliced and minced). Today there is only sliced and it is no longer going to be carried at this location. 3. CORE dry food, PETCO has since stopped carrying the original grain free formula. 4. Under the Sun Grain-Free Formula Wet food. On clearance for a month with no replacements ordered or expected. No of this may see important to some, however pets have delicate digestive systems and changing there diet often is not recommended. I really want to love this place but I never know what will be carried or for how long :-(

As a Gloucester resident and Petco being new to the area I was apprehensive !!! When I walked in it was clean and everything was organized. Much better than The big corporation next door. Also I would like to praise Amber. She had a smile from the time I walked in until the time she set me up as a rewards member. Thanks again Team Petco, Chad Plum

The only good thing I can indicate is they will replace fish when they die within a week. Discovered many fish are kept in tanks with other they are not compatible with, and several tanks I have seen have dead fish in them, which indicates they do not maintain the tanks.

I usally have a hard time finding crickets that are mostly alive but other then thay petco is a fun place wish some prices were lower and wish i could find a heavy duty tie out harness but they dont have tie outs :( still fun place to shop workers are nice

They had hardly any fish... Tanks were very clean... No hamsters... Very few reptiles... No snakes ... A cool gecko !!! I was disappointed... The store was clean, friendly staff !!! Ya cant sell what Ya dont have !!!

The staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We had our two Yorkies groomed there today and are tickled pink. Dakotah is AMAZING --- friendly, professional, wonderful with animals, and very talented.
