I have been doing business with this place for years, since back when I had my previous German Shepherd and he died in 2007 so long in fact that back when I began the pet bath was $10. Then it went to $11 then $12, then $13, $14, $15 well you get the picture. Today my current German Shepherd (A Show Line German Shepherd) price was $16. Anyone who has German Shepherds know they shed, that is why you go to a facility to bathe your own dog. Today Wednesday February 25, 2015 upon completion of his bath I was asked by someone who said he was owner of Pet Depot if I was the person with the German Shepherd which I proudly acknowledged I was figuring he was about to compliment me on how beautiful he is and what a good job I did however to my dismay I was told and I quote "If I were to come there on a busy weekend with a dog like this it would be unacceptable.!" He informed me he was showing a new person around the facility and when she saw dog hair blowing around from my dogs blow dry session she would not like that! Wow...Maybe she should consider not having a dog if she thinks they shouldnt shed at bath facility and if that is how loyalty is treated Im happy to take my business elsewhere! Needless to say I was shocked! And to think that is the reason for his establishment to bathe and remove the excess fur from your dog! So If you plan to bathe your dog here make sure they are already clean and dont shed...

Everyone at Pet Depot is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We use the Pet Depot pool 4-5 times each week to swim our 10 year old German Shepherd. When the dog pulled a muscle at home, everyone at Pet Depot helped us to continue swimming him after rehab—the owner ordered mats to put down for him and when I arrived for my appointments they put the mats down so I could help the dog into the pool. When we needed to change our dog’s food because of an allergy, the employees provided expert advice and service. I have been at Pet Depot to see the employees and owner help inexperienced dogs learn to swim. They are caring, patient and work with the dogs until the pet is comfortable. In a short time the dogs are eager to swim and loving their time in the pool. Every time I visit Pet Depot the employees and owner ask how the dog is doing. They come to the pool area while he is swimming and always ask if they can help. We use the pool often enough to see that they consistently treat everyone this way. Pet Depot cares about their customers and does everything they can to accommodate the pets and the humans.

Pet Depot is the best pet store ever for knowledgeable staff helping with dog food choices. Our new Westie puppy (now 1.5 yrs) had digestion issues and likely has IBD. I wanted to find a kibble that would work for him. Starting with the owner Dan, I was allowed to buy different kibbles and return partially used bags if they didnt work well for my dog. Al also has helped me on many occasions. I was focusing on grain free and I must have tried 10 or 12 foods. They were always patient about returns and trying something new. The last time I went in and talked to Al about still having issues, he suggested that maybe I was over-thinking the grain free thing. He suggested trying California Natural Lamb and Rice with 4 main ingredients. I cant believe how well our dog is doing on this new food, and I truly credit the patience, knowledge, and willingness of Pet Depot and their staff to help customers with their precious dogs. Many many thanks for all the help- I will go nowhere else!!

We have been going to the Pet Depot now going on 2 years. In our time there we have had nothing but good experiences. The selection of items is terrific. We recently changed dog foods and have been trying various different brands. If your dog doesnt like something, bring it back....no problem. Staff is knowledgeable about the various foods and brands. Also they have a terrific selection of items and if they dont have it in stock, they will order it. We had a special toy for our pet that the store ordered in and is now stocking. Weve bought toys, harnesses, candles, and numerous other great merchandise at the Pet Depot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks Pet Depot!

Pet Depot is awesome. They sell K9-Kraving, a frozen raw diet made here in the Baltimore area. I used to spend 150+ for Primal Raw patties that would last only under 2 weeks. A store associate at Pet Depot acknowledged this, and educated me about K9-Kraving. I now spend anywhere from 140-180 for the whole month! They even special order cases for you, with super fast delivery for you to pick up. My chocolate lab, Bruce, is a fan. I am one happy customer. We will be attempting our first grooming session this coming weekend as well!

I have been going to Pet Depot for over 6 years now and I have yet to find a location I liked more. The stock is better than any big box store and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgable. I have dogs with food allergies and sensitivities, the staff at Pet Depot always know what to do and they stock a great selection of low ingredient diets. The therapy pool is always clean and in good shape. The dog washing area is quiet, well stocked and well maintained.

Very laid back and nice facility. we were first timers with the pool and the one employee took us back, gave us the run down and our Lab was off! he loved it. he did have an accident in the pool; i was mortified but the employees were very reassuring. kind of a trek for us but we would like to make it a monthly occurrence

Pet Depot carries a lot of high end pet food and pet supplies at really competitive prices. I am impressed that the lines of pet food are known healthy products. The syore is kept really clean along with their large swimming pool and pet grooming area. Definately a five star place

Tucked away hidden gem. They have an amazing swimming and water therapy pool for your pooch to frolic in. Wash stations and training classes. They have a wide range of loose treats for burl purchase or mix n match. Raw foods and high quality foods.

pet depot closes at 7:00 on wednesday, I arrive with my dog for a shampoo at 6:30 on september 10, and the employee rudely says … sure you can do a shampoo if you can do it in 10 minutes …. hey great costumer service. Never go back

They have great, healthy items my dog! She enjoys the tendons and Zukes brand treats. Things that are hard to find at petsmart or petco. Havent used the pet washing station yet but heard its great and convenient!

The Pet Depot is a wonderful place for dog supplies and Hydro/Aqua Therapy. I brought my 13.5 y/o German Shepherd there and the pool was great and so was the assistance!

Always easy to get in and out and my dog loves swimming there. I just wish it was a little less for one dog to swim for 15 minutes.
