I dont know what people expect but I suspect that its too much. I often groom my standard poodle and I know how many hours it takes me to do it. With only general non-specific instructions Rob did a fine job but some things were different than I might have done them. I think he would have done them the way I would do them if only I had thought to ask. For only $70 I can save myself many hours of hard work and my wife several hours of cleaning up the mess I make. I think its a good bargain but I need to work harder to tell the groomers what I want. Next time I will find out if I can take my own shampoo with no scent and see if they will not spray her with anything that stinks. I know lots of ladies who love the smellies but I am extremely allergic to nearly all fragrances. Its a learning experience and you have to imagine how little these people make after the store gets their share. We should all be greatful that there are people and places to get this done. There would be a lot of really ugly dogs out there if it werent for these places. Warning: If you dont say anything you can count on your dog returning with the smell of a French house of ill repute.

I love the groomers at this salon, the are all exceptional and top notch at grooming. If your dog isnt good with other groomers and doesnt like being groomed take them to rob. He has such a kind manner with them. Ashley and debra are both also great with the dogs, they have a kind gentle touch. Erin is the salon manager she gives fantastic customer service and has had 15 years of experience with animals. She also does cat grooming. My personal favorite is stephanie, she hae been grooming my minature poodle for over 2 yrs. She always goes out of her way to make me and my pet (rusty) happy! If i need him out by a certian time she will do anything to work around my time. Also the bathers emily and lindsay are always happy to see you and your pet. Im always happy with this salon team!

I had a bad experience at this location and its too bad because its closest to my house. I returned a few cases of cat food and the cashier was extremely aggitated either because I didnt purchase anything else (perhaps he had a bad day). This is the first time I have ever returned cat food because my cats stopped eating that particular flavor and I didnt like the air that this gentleman carried. He was extremely arrogant and I am looking elsewhere to give my $250-$300 a month to for cat food.

I keep a lot of fish and reptiles, and while ive never gotten reptiles from them (and i recommend everyone go to a breeder instead) their fish are amazing. They very very often have wide varieties and very healthy animals. I have only had one fish out of 30+ from there give me issues and it wasnt related to the pet store. Overall, very nice, and if you know what you are looking for they usually have it. Though their stock of aquarium decor is lacking.

I always have a good experience at this PetSmart. There is a guy that works there... I forget his name, but he said his dogs name is Sage. He is really helpful and took extra time to listen to my situation with my dog and make suggestions. He even set up a new crate I purchased before I left the store. Excellent customer service makes such a big difference to me as a first time dog owner.

The older, thin gentleman, cashier (and I use the word loosely) is TERRIBLE!!! He makes faces all through the transaction and mumbles rude things under his breath. I guess he thinks no one can hear him or will say anything but hes incredibly rude.

They were so helpful! Ive learned so much about fish in just a couple of minutes. Fish are more expensive than I thought.. but they were so knowledgeable they helped me figure out what I really needed.

Pricey, but what youd expect. You can find certain items here that a Target or Walmart wouldnt carry. Its fun to see the animals too.
