This store is the best around for knowledgable and helpful staff! Every time I have been there the staff have helped me find just the right pet supply and gone above and beyond describing the pros and cons of all the similar products. They try hard to suggest products that give you the best value for the money and do not necessarily push the highest priced items. I highly recommend them especially for learning about pet nutrition and exactly what food and/or treats are best for your pet. They carry a very large inventory of food brands and types that is unmatched in this area. They also have a bonus card program that really helps save some money over time when you buy food and supplies.

This is the best pet store. The company ensures that its employees are knowledgeable about the stores products, particularly the various high quality pet foods. The staff is also very friendly and otherwise helpful (theyll offer to carry your items to your car, for instance). Give this place a try! You wont be disappointed. Best pet store in the world,they have almost everything you need and are the nicest pet store employees.I called to ask about a new puppy i got yesterday from precious pups(which is also a great shop)and they told me everything i need to know,they have amazing prices and amazing employees, i recommend this shop to any and all Edgewaters new puppy owners.

Ok place to shop, but working there not so much. Poor pay and i known someone who did work there for over8 years and wouldnt give them the assistant manager title but wanted them to do the work.
