I will never go to this Petco! I came in today wanting to purchase a birthday gift for my puppy- but the area I wanted to shop was blocked off for some puppy play time...they nwill d to plan better - because I was not able to get to the section I needed I asked if I could look in the area or if someone could help me and they told me no! What!! A customer with $$ wants to purchase something?!? They should of helped me get what I needed rather than basically treating me poorly. I will take my money someplace next time! Poor customer service!!!

I havent been to PETCO since I lost my GSD a few years back. Now I have the opportunity to have another fur friend. I went to PETCO, the store is neatly organized and the majority of the staff asked if I had questions or if they could help. I went to buy a XL crate and some puppy food and the cashier, Stephen was so helpful and he went above and beyond by providing me a savings booklet and applying a discount to my purchase. Customer service like this is needed to keep customers coming back. Thank you for the great experience!

Great pet store. They have a great selection and tons of parking. If you walk around back there is a big open area if you pup needs to do their business. They have a water fountain near the back of the store and dog bowls available. If you stop by on the weekends they have adoption events with dogs and cats you can take home that day.

Im so glad petco lets tweens tear things off shelves, screaming and hollaring without an associate saying anything to them. Good thing I didnt have my dog there for them to terrorize as well. Whether marketing or something else their online prices are less than in-store. Based on these two things, theres no need to come back.

Id say its pretty good. I mainly go there to get my dog groomed when I cant find time to do it myself. The groomers are always polite and they finish him up right on time. They are also very knowledgeable about warning signs for different conditions, so they can give me a heads up if something should be paid attention to.

Saltwater tanks are horrible. Just walk in and look at em. Also theyre infested with bacteria and ich thats bad for your tank. Their fish are not healthy at all. The sales associates have no clue about what theyre talking about. Research things for yourself!

Grooming did a very terrible job. There was several abrasions and razor cuts on my dog after grooming, and they didnt show any empathy or offer anything for treatment. My dog hasnt moved at all and stays in one corner.

We love this Petco. Eva is the manager of the grooming dept and my dog loves her; they do an amazing job on our pup. Highly recommended.
