AVOID this location! Literally every time Ive been to this store they have either messed something up or most recently lied. We have had problems with unauthorized changes to our lines or simple services such texting and data not added to our plans when they should have been. Most recently we went and upgraded to the latest iphone. The girl stated that it came with a case and screen protector and that all we had to do was pay the taxes. Days later I noticed that we were being charged for them! She had added them to our payment plan to boost her sales even though she told us they were free! Please go to a different location and stop feeding into their sketchy business practices!

Customer service is a joke at that store. They care about selling without resolving customers problems. Had a very bad experience which made me decide to switch to another mobile company. Soon, my family plan will be out of Tmobile. Eventhough Tmobile care less about it and they think theyre the best. Well they arent!

Every time I have gone in there ive never had a problem all the staff for the most part from what i experience always say hello and offer assistance. I am in sales myself and ive never left the store unhappy and have no complaints

The employees at the store are useless. One of the employees actually had to step away from me during a conversation because he said he was frustrated with me because I could not provide him with the information he needed.

Been here since 10am and its still close 10:32 am been here a god damn half hour its ridiculous...then one of the workers opens the door and sees me and locks it back up terrible

My wife switched the family plan and with the help of doing it got us out of our former contract and beside a little obstical of flashing some phones this was a nice experience.
