If I could put zero stars, I would. I went into this store yesterday morning (2/6/17) a little after it opened with a new iPhone 7 I had gotten for my birthday. I was greeted by an employee with no name tag. I was told I needed to activate my phone (at the time I didnt know exactly what this meant, Im not very phone savvy), so I asked the employee about activating my phone. He immediately asked me, "Where did you get it?" I assumed I needed to know the store I got it from, so I asked if I needed to activate the phone at the location it was purchased. He replies with, "No, but whered you get it?" I was very confused, and felt like this employee was insinuating I stole the phone. I explained I got it for my birthday on Sunday and had no idea where it was purchased from. He eventually did begrudgingly take a look at my phone, poking around on it and doing things he failed to explain to me. He seemed irritated and annoyed with me, wouldnt look at me or speak to me. The only time he did say anything was at another employee when she came in from the back, and he asked her if she "got the coffee." When I spoke up and asked what he was doing with my phone, he explained it to me in a mumbling voice that I couldnt hear. He was interrupted by the other employee when she was asking why two other customers phones werent working, and he immediately said they had viruses on their phones without even inspecting them. I finally asked if this was something I could do at home, and when he said yes, I promptly gathered everything and left to a much better Verizon location. I only went to this location because it was open an hour earlier than the other Verizon locations, but I will never return to this location because of this employees poor etiquette and their apparent lack of knowledge for the devices theyre supposed to be able to help with and sell. I will gladly wait the extra hour for the several other better locations to open to conduct my business with Verizon.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any verizon store, and my family and I have been with verizon for over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience with verizon during the decade, until now. It was the a true misfortune I walked into the store and I will never make a mistake of going to a verizon store not even associated with corporate verizon. This store has scam sales people and managers. I purchased my phone in march from Ali. I remember that day being sketchy in the first place when he said I HAVE to pay for accessories when purchasing a phone and tried to cover my receipt with a paper on top of it. Called him out and returned some of the accessories. Fast forward now, I dropped my phone in the ocean and contacted verizon to ask how much for a new one with my insurance, they said I never purchased it! And that i will have to pay $500 for the remaining balance on my phone cause i was on a payment plan! First of all, my dad pays for the bill so I did not know this the entire time. when i spoke to Ali I made sure that my dad cannot pay for my phone only the usage and now i find out he has been paying for both?! I also told him i wanted insurance cause he said it was only a couple bucks a month which is nothing and i know i have a tendency to lose phones. So much more bull happened and i called their store to tell them my story. Literally the most uninformed girl picked up the phone and said nothing for at least minute, i had to ask if she was still on the line. she should NEVER ever pick up the phone again if she doesnt know anything about anything.sh said she would have somebody call me back in 2 hours and it has been 24 hours with no call? Great customer service guys.....

I came into this store on my lunch hour. My phone would not hold a charge. The guy told me they would try to charge it for me, but, if they could not get my phone working, I could use my husbands upgrade and get a new phone. My phone is only 13 months old. I did not want a new one. I thought phones should last longer that 13 months. He said my phone was an older model and that its like a computer, after a year they some times dont work. Really! I left my phone with them for about 4 hours, I returned at the end of my work shift about 7:15pm. They said it only charged 20% and then they took it off the charger and it lost 1/2 of power and was now at only 10%. They said I needed a new phone. I asked them to put it back into my case. That I was going to try to back up by pictures. That I have not had any service from them and I was going to switch to Sprint and toss my phone in the ocean. They let me walk out! Lost my bis forever! On my way home I went into the Verizon store in the La Habra Marketplace. What a difference people can make. This store understood my concerns. and spent less than an hour and fixed my phone. I had a million apps running in the back round and had never updated my phone. That was all my phone needed. The team at La Habra cared about me and taking good care of a customer. Not just selling phones!

This is literally the worst experience Ive ever had getting a phone, and Ive sold phones for Verizon 3rd party before. I was blatantly lied to by Bobbie saying that no changes were made to my account (changed my insurance plan) and that the activation fee could be used towards accessories (turns out I was charged full price for the case and another undisclosed fee of $20 with no credits), and to top it all off he lied to me on the phone saying they had the one I want when I called, then 5 minutes later when I got there turns out they didnt and had to get it from another store. I specifically stated when I walked in I wanted no changes to my account, period. I was harassed constantly to change my plan. He then wanted me to rate him from 1-10 on a paper before he finished the transaction, while he watched me. I told him no, Im not comfortable with that. He then said I had to do it. I repeated no, I wouldnt, and then afterwards told him I wanted to circle 1 for my rating. That never happened. I will be contacting the BBB about the shady business and false advertising practices of this "premium" retailer, as well as Verizon directly.

This is not in anyway associated with Verizon. If you buy a phone here you cant go to a Verizon even though it says Verizon on the building. This is the worst phone store ever, Dont buy an Iphone here!!!! If you try to return it they charge an $135.00 restocking fee and they dont tell you that til after you pay. They lie til you sign the contract then your screwed. Beware.

Had a huge problem with being overcharged on our account for fees that were not disclose to my husband and I. My husband went into the location and spoke to the manger who was extremely apologetic and refunded the fees. Even though this was a bit of a inconvenience we are very happy with the outcome and the fact that they did right by there costumers.
