While the person who initially helped me with my upgrade, Tang, was really nice and helpful, even promised me a free phone case because of all of the hassle I had just getting the upgrade done... However, it was impossible to get a hold of him for the follow-up for activating my phone, and transferring the data, and getting the free phone case he promised me. On top of that, the person who I met up with when Tang wasnt there, named Sam, was super unhelpful. He kept helping other customers for TWO HOURS while my old phone and new phone were hooked up and NOT EVEN TRANSFERRING ANYTHING. He said 2 hours later "for some reason this isnt working, lets try something else" ... I left. Seriously, I did not want to be sitting there in their stupid store for 2 hours while he didnt even pay attention to my phone transfer, and then after he helped EVERYONE ELSE for him to finally offer something else. Since this is my local store, I am giving them ONE MORE TRY, so Ill write a follow-up review. But if this guy doesnt get me the free phone case his co-worker promised me, Ill be pissed.

Me and my wife came to visit this location for switching from sprint to AT&T and the Sales Rep Jovany from the first moment we stepped into the store he was very pleasant, He was the only one there multi tasking and told us to write down our previous carrier info so he can start the process, he was very helpful, explained every details of our new service and charges, he went above and beyond in making our experience very satisfying. He is the one to go to if you need any help.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side. They answered my questions but I did feel isolated.
