i bought a vehcile from the had a bad vibration shortly after buying it, i took it back and their lead mechanic looked at it and told me what the problem was but they were to tight to pay the money to fix the problem right. the vehicle was involved in a flood and they bought it knowing it and sold it to me with water still in the oil, by the time it was discovered by me it was to late. i had to replace the engine and transmission in the truck i had just bought and spent 17,500 on. thought it was a nice truck but after the work and parts i could of bought a brand new truck and had extra left over. check your vehicles good, they have been known to remove dash lights instead of fixing the reason for a check engine light.

As a employee and a customer of Hopkins Automotive I can honestly say my car buying experience was wonderful. Keep in mind I was a customer before I became an employee. From the moment I entered the showroom I was greeted by a salesman that helped me every step of the way. Hopkins definitely stands behind their vehicles and I know this first hand. Just to be honest, I had a minor issue with my vehicle but rest assured it was handled immediately and I havent had any problems since! They did exactly what they promised and I have since referred my family and friends to purchase vehicles from Hopkins! Whether you buy in the Seaford or Salisbury location, give us a try, you will not be disappointed!

Terrible customer service!!! Ive never been to a car dealership where the salesmen actually act as if they dont want to sell a car, but this is the place! When I first pulled up to the gravel lot, it was a task just to find someone to speak with about a car. Then, I had to practically beg to see the car I was interested in after sitting in the sales office (which is a currently a garage) for over fifteen minutes. The cars I saw were really dirty and certainly did not have a new car smell. Finally, they offered a terrible trade in deal (about $4,000 less for my car than other dealers). Ill never do business with Hopkins Automotive and wouldnt recommend anyone purchasing a car from them.

Dont buy a car from this place.The place is sketchy.They told me my husbands credit was locked and called the place it was never locked.Also they kept trying to put me in a car I didnt want and kept promising me they would get the car I did. The car they kept showing me was way over priced. I went that night to another dealer got approved for a 2015 mustang in perfect condition and didnt need any of the things they said i needed to bring them. Seriously BE CAREFUL BUYING A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE

Please look at the reviews and do NOT BUT A CAR from Hopkins . This is basically their junk lot. Ive had nothing but issues starting from the next day Ive had the vehicle .. Their mechanics cant fix a damn thing, and is always busy because all they do is sell lemons. Dont be fooled by the outside nice appearance .. Please dont make the same mistake I did & DO NOT finance with American Finance you will regret that as well .

They are very professional until they get what they want , ur signature and that check from the bank.. had issues with the vehicle .. and they were so willing to help me .... because the bank didnt cut them there check yet..... had issues couple weeks later ... but they didnt care about my issues or me anymore there whole atitutdes changed.. why? Because they got there check now....

Hopkins Auto recently helped me source, ship and purchase a used 2006 corvette. As with any used car purchase, I did not expect a perfect car, but was pleasantly surprised to find a very well represented car, at a very attractive price. I was very impressed with the sales staff, and communication with the back office to make my out of state purchase smooth and seamless.

Its only guaranteed approval If you have half of what the car cost as your down payment, they tried to sell me a dodge durango with 200,000 miles on it the doors were rusted through and the grill was smashed, get this they needed 1500 down and 3,000 total, these people are crooks, dont waste your money!
