Lehighton Ford truly went above and beyond when I recently purchased a pre-owned SUV from them. As a young adult, this was my first time buying a car on my own, and the team at Lehighton Ford made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I told Bo what I was looking for, and she showed me three very different vehicles that all fit under my umbrella of interest and were all within my price range. She was very professional and knowledgeable about each vehicle, but also very friendly and understanding when I ended up liking the oldest, least fancy model best! Kevin and Travis (I believe!) got me approved for a loan very quickly. Kevin also made the trade-in process extremely easy on my existing car, even though it was old and had over 100,000 miles on it. I feel like I got an excellent value for the trade-in, and I also got an excellent warranty plan on my new car. This all made the car buying (and ownership!) process affordable and stress-free. Last, and perhaps most impressively, the SUV I purchased had some body damage from a previous owner that Lehighton Ford hadnt had a chance to fix yet when I came to look at the car. They gave me an "IOU" on fixing the damage, which allowed me to take the car home and then bring it back for its body shop appointment a few weeks later....FREE of charge! While my car was in the shop, they gave me a beautiful, newer SUV as a rental. I got my car back yesterday and it looks perfect - it literally looks brand new rather than a pre-owned 2008. I love my new vehicle, and the customer service at Lehighton Ford was extraordinary. Everyone is so friendly and really takes the time to make the car-buying experience an enjoyable one. In fact, my experience was so excellent that one of my family members recently decided to order a custom truck through Lehighton Ford! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I am writing to let you know what a great experience I had this past Monday at your dealership. I have been looking for a new SUV for a while now and decided to stop on Monday. Hunter Gutzeit was a great help showing me different vehicles and going over the cost and everything that was included in each vehicle. I was up in the air about a brand new purchase and Hunter pointed out the 2014 explorer that I ended up purchasing. He was very helpful and very personable to myself and my parents who came with me. He is a great asset to your dealership. Once I picked out the explorer, I got to sit down with Mike Neeb, who made me very comfortable about my big purchase. He went over everything with me and treated me fairly and laid out all the information for me. I really appreciate how comfortable they both made me feel when making my purchase. They did not push me into making any rash decisions, were courteous and were honest. I appreciated their demeanor and consider it a reflection of the business practices you promote at Lehighton Ford. You can count on me to spread the word of the positive encounter I have had to others and to encourage their future car purchases at Lehighton Ford.

My 6.0 had head work done to it by an unrepeatable mechanic in West PA. Long story short is my engine blew a lifter and bent a lifter rod. I purchased a Long Block and had it rebuilt using all new dealer parts. After it was all put together my mechanic was having an issue with the FICM and PCM. We ordered the PCM and paid for it and the next day found that the PCM was stuck between 2 tunes from the tunner I have on the truck. $1020.00 PCM not needed after it was reset to default so we called Lehighton Ford to cancel the PCM and all I heard is sorry but you cant return the PCM.......I had not received it and they dont even have it. I was not returning it as they didnt give it to me yet. I had already spent thousands here......I hoped they would do the right thing. This was a chance to have for a good customer experience or a POOR one.....and it was a good experience. A restocking fee and shipping is a fair and reasonable charge for there inconvenience. Its nice to have a dealer that really works with customers instead of an assembly line to push people in and out the door. THANKS to KEN, LARRY and JOHN for all your help guys!!!! Top Notch

The only reason I gave it any star is because I had to. I bought a SUV from this dealer and within a months time all the ball joints needed to be replaced. The engine was leaking fluid everywhere. The back window is now leaking when it rains. The heater/ac doesnt work on the right side of the suv. The passenger side window stopped working completely. They gave me a 99 ford escort to drive as a rental. It had no heat and tonight it is snowing out. The speedometer stopped working. It is unsafe to drive. The mechanic who worked on my truck was perfect but the guys in charge are a joke. The one who inspected my car before I bought it did not get reprimanded for letting all these issues slip through. The told me that I have to come back to get the rest of the truck finished a month from now because if they do it all at once it will cause someone from Ford to come check out the shop and see why there are all these repairs on the truck just 2 months after it was sold. DO NOT EVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE OR TAKE ONE HERE TO GET FIXED BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE TO HAVE THEN FIX IT ANYWAY.

Arrived in Lehighton from Iowa after purchasing a 2013 F350. had an issue with tires cracking on the sidewall. The posted hours in service are 8 to 5 and I got there at10 till 5 on Monday and I was told nobody could help me. The service writer did follow me out to the truck and said"oh yea I see what you mean". Come in on Thursday at 8 am . I did so and the same service writer said at 10 minutes after 8 that nobody was there yet and it would be about an hour. Not to mention he referred to me as "BUDDY". No respect or real concern about my safety. I was not impressed with this outfit at all and even though I live a few miles from this dealer, I will go to a dealer who cares..Oh and they did not warranty a bad battery on our car last fall. They just sold me a new one Funny thing, my dealer in Iowa had no problem refunding me for the bad battery when I got back there.They told me any dealer should perform warranty work. I would shy away from this Ford dealer..

I am so glad my neighbor works here otherwise I never would have found these guys and gone to a bigger dealership. Bo is extremely knowledgeable about the F150s which is what I was looking for, and she helped me find the perfect one for my price range as well as options that I wanted. They didnt have my perfect truck there but they found it within a day and went and picked it up. Gary was great in handling my trade and paperwork. They explained everything in simple terms so I knew and understood what I was getting into. After signing all of the paperwork, Bo had it warmed up and ready to show me how to use all of the features, never had anyone do that before. I will be going back to trade in my wifes care next year and continue to buy from them for my future cars. Highly recommend going here if you are in the market for a new or used car.
