I left my home to meet Sales Rep Krishna Ramdeo with very high anxiety. Barely recovered from the sudden death of my car, I was extremely skeptical whether my credit would qualify me for a car that would meet my young, Americanized sons taste. Upon meeting Krishna, the calm and patience on his face instantly gave me hope. Despite the freezing weather, Krishna took us to the cars that fell within my budget range as well as those that met my sons taste, even though he had heard that I was not excited by the glamor. He gave me the benefit of the doubt, and I am glad he did. It turned out my taste required more sacrifices, in which case I decided to side with my sons. With no strings attached, we settled on a luxury car and it was time for Manager Brian to run my credit report and find us a financing bank. In less than five minutes he came back with amazing news. We were going to ride back in our purchased vehicle--no more renting! It does not get better than that! Well, Brian and Krishna made it happen, and I cannot thank them enough! So on March 16, 2016 I purchased a vehicle from the Allentown location. I got Angel (my car) a 2015 Chevy Cruze white beautiful! First off the staff were great from the time my cousin and I walked thru the door. The selection was great and Im especially thankful for Rosa, (not her whole name) she took her time with me and helped me pick out the perfect car for me, and when I got approved she even celebrated in the lot with me and my cousin! Thanks for everything Rosa and the whole entire enterprise team!!! See you all in a few years when Im ready to get another car!

I had gone to Enterprise Car Sales at the Lehigh Street location on Christmas Eve. I had got to several other used car lots earlier in the day. Many had advertised Christmas Specials that werent so special. I got to Enterprise about 3:30. Most of the staff had already gone home to be with their loved ones. I talked to Brittanie Guerre and she had a great personality. It didnt bother her that it was Christmas Eve, she just wanted to help. She found me the perfect vehicle and helped me be able take it home the same day. She and her organization were just great.

The people there they dont know what the hell they are doing and the do not tell the truth. They make promises that they cant keep without talking to their manager. I went there to get a car for our company and they would say they would hold it, they also promised us the Color we wanted and we did not get it .then the one manger there thought us being upset was funny and was laughing about what was going on with another employee that worked there. They just lie somuch and they are so unorganized. But I really dont know if I will ever go back there.

We recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra from this location, the experience was very relaxed and satisfying, we initially has a TPMS light issue that was quickly resolved by Moes assistance in Service Department, his exceptional hands on approach was very much appreciated, I want to especially Thank, Moe, Bradley and Marlon for there exceptional Customer Service skills, we would definitely consider buying again from this location in the future based on this experience, "Kudos to All"

After an issue or so about getting a car sent to NJ for evaluation, the staff was able to work a way so that I was able to evaluate the car. I liked the Maxima but wanted my mechanic to check it out. They brought the car to my work in NJ and my mechanic gave it a big thumbs up (after I bought the car - there is a 7 day buy back minus $200 so that such an evaluation can be done). Good team all around and I like the fair no-haggle pricing.

From the beginning to the end of my car shopping, Brad was amazing. He was able to work with me, found a perfect vehicle that matched all of my needs. I dont have the best credit and I didnt want to have to deal with getting a cosigner, and he helped me get my new car, 2012 Chevy Impala with no cosigner!!! the whole experience was amazing and i felt so comfortable from the start!! This is the second car weve bought from Enterprise and at two different dealerships and states. Everyone is helpful and friendly. We are credit challenged but felt completely comfortable sharing our info with them. We saved $4,000 on the car we choose. We looked at a lot of cars on line but Enterprise had the best deal. Ron

Great experience. My wife and I love the no haggle policy, so by checking the cars out on-line you are able to see exactly what you will get and how much it will cost. All we had to do was go in for a test drive. This is the second car that we have purchased through Enterprise and will not be the last.
