This is the sketchy car place Ive ever seen i bought a car from there and then found out they were charging 3000 more dollars than what out was worth and other places were selling it for and when i asked them about it they said thats what it is worth to them so i made a cash deal for 4000 instead of 7000 and then 3 days later the check engine light came on and started having problems with transmission so i took it back during my 30 day warranty and the guy rigged it and at the time told me it was fixed and didnt charge me anything, then a week later after my warranty was up it happened again same with transmission so i took it back and he said again that it was fixed after 3 hours, then it happened a 3rd time and took it back and they said he tried to fix it the other 2 times without costing you money but this time its gonna be 250 for a electronic piece for the transmission so he knew all along that it needed it but waited till after the warranty to adress it the right way then when i said i wanted to take the car to another mechanic they said no and said they already ordered the part and didnt even ask me if i wanted the them to put the part in and said i cant take the car unless i pay 250 then when the arguement continued she said that i would have to pay 200 for them looking at it when the car was broke when i bought it and i took it there 3 times before they tried to fix it right and refused to give me my car. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE GO ANYWHERE ELSE they will screw you over and try to get as much money out of you as they can they have to jump every car before you test drive it due to them not taking car of the cars properly.

Im in the market for a vehicle for my son, and found one that I liked at Nallys Auto Plaza through Auto Trader. When a couple came in to test drive the car, they found that the shiftable automatic needed adjusting and they took the vehicle into the shop for repairs, indicated that they want to verify that it is in good & safe working order prior to selling the vehicle. They seem to be doing their due diligence to ensure the car will be safe for my son, which I greatly appreciate. And having communicated my desire to purchase the vehicle, they have agreed not to sell it before I get there after the vehicle returns from the shop, which I also appreciate, being that Im looking for a certain model with certain features. Additionally, even though they are in DE, they indicated that they may be able to coordinate having the MD state safety inspection completed for me, so that it will be ready to register with the MVA. Working with Nallys has been an excellent experience thus far.

Almost bought a car from this place, but glad I didnt. I test drove a truck from them, and it broke down, They tried to charge me for the tow, but I told them I wasnt because I hadnt purchased it, and wasnt planning on it. Luckily I had someone take me, left the keys in it and had them pick me up at the truck. After I found out that the owners son takes which ever vehicle he wants to, the truck I was testing had more than a few problems, bad radiator, 4 wheel drive didnt work, window motors broke, brake line leak, oil pan gasket was bad, water pump shot, and most of all bad head gaskets. This place thrives on making bad deals, and screwing the customers any way they can.

The worst Dealership in Delaware. Car was repossessed after a WEEK of owning it. The finance lady does not know how to operate a phone, otherwise I wouldve received a call back telling them I would be in Saturday to pay. They repossessed it that Friday before. The worst part is the refuse to give me all my belongings back from the repossessed vehicle. On top of that they charged me $50 to get what I did get back. Apparently when you install YOUR OWN sub box and amp that youve paid decent money for, it automatically becomes theirs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! I would rather walk to where I needed to than do business with Nallys Auto & Chop Shop.

emailed for info on a Volvo XC90, heard back within 24 hours from Leon that car was available. Drove an hour and a half to test drive it. Auto wasnt on the lot when arrived, was being looked at for faulty dash lights. Leon had the car brought right to the showroom for us to test drive. Took car for a drive and the car had issues, not sure if transmission or not, but almost stalled around corners. We passed on the car, but had a good experience working with Leon. He understood our concerns, followed up with a thank you email and let us know the car was "taken off the lot" until the issues could be resolved for other potential buyers. Overall, good experience.

My friend and I went to numerous other dealerships. I only stumbled upon this place while looking at a couple other used car places in Stanton. Being myself only 18, Nallys was the most supportive about buying a first car! They let me test drive the car with ease. Great experience! I really do recommend this place if you want to get a car. All their cars are very clean compared to other dealerships. They dont over-price either with great options for payments!

I have been traveling around looking for a older jeep but kept finding cars that had obvious mechanical problems or tons of rust. I just happend to drive by nallys and they had several jeeps that fit the bill. All were clean and in good working order. We were able to agree on a good price and they fixed a few minor details before I came back to pick up the car. Leon and kelly helped me. I would definately recomend them and would buy from them again.

We went to Nallys to window shop and to get a quote on a suv, but instead we left with my dream vehicle that was within my budget. Everyone was friendly and eager to make sure we left satisfied. Their lot is huge now and they have all makes, models, and prices to fit any budget. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good quality car. Plus they have several mechanics on site and habla espanol. Excellent Business!

Went there several times to look various cars and suvs and one salesman was pushy and them i met Charlie ferris and he helped us and made sure we were happy and that our tags were on. They called me a few weeks after and asked how i was and how the car i bought was. I will definitely will come back to them to buy again. Plus, they messed up on the type of drive train i had and gave me a 400.00 discount

Salesman Mark Major was great! No high pressure sales tactics.I found exactly what I was looking for at the price I felt was more then fair! I was torn between 2 vehicles and Mark helped me find the best fit for me. And go figure it happened to be the less expensive one.I will recommend everyone to go to Nalleys Auto! Thanks Mark! Bill
