How can 2 sedans n a SUV all b the same price, and u didnt have time to have ANY of them serviced b4 u sell them? I got a Caddy from them in 1/2012, my mom a sedan in 2/2012, then my sister got a SUV in 12/2012. It sounded good @ first, with the mgr just wanting $1000 down n a warranty, n my caddy was fine for awhile, but moms car needed a part in less than 2 months n was told not covered. When my sister got SUV, engine broke down after less than 30 days, but Cox fixed it only after she agreed to sign a new contract (so they could hide their dirt) After having car for a year, I take it to another shop, n find out it has ALL original parts (battery, wires, suspension, air n oil n fuel filters, brake pads n rotors) which tells me they sold it just like they got it n didnt care what was wrong. I have went to Woodbury Nissan in NJ n seen what a REAL dealership should b like, but u can go to Porter or Martin on Cleveland Ave. n see for urself. Cox took me in coz of my low credit score, but that doesnt give them the right to give me n my family the SHAFT! We will b getting out of these cars in a few months, but everytime I drive past n c somebody cruising their lot I want to scream "DART is better!!!!" Keep ur refund n do more research, n when u do buy from anyone, give it a diagnostic @ another shop, n take that list back to ur dealership. That is when u will c the true nature of the beast.

This is a horrible company. I brought my car in January and by the end of the month my car started having issues. I got pushed back and forth for 4 months to try and get the vehicle fixed or replaced. By May I finally got them to agree to fix the vehicle and was told it would all be covered with no cost to me especially because the transmission went on the car and I havent had it very long ..... mean while I was still marking bi-weekly payments on the car. Once it was serviced which took about 3-4 weeks and I was still making payments I finally went to pick up my car and was told I had to pay 100$ deductible and pay for half of the service which was not what was told to me originally. So now I have to pay for a rental car Ive had for about 5 months, my car payment, insurance because you know I was still paying that while the car was in service, the 100$ deducable and about 2,000$ for half of the service on the vehicle. This company has horrible customer service from the bottom to the top. They are liers and they dont even service the vehicles before you buy them. I heard from so many people that they were horrible and I didnt listen. So hopefully you listen to me. I am taking them to civil court!!!!!

I went to cox auto today and it was a very odd experience. First and foremost I would advise everyone to take the car that theyre thinking about purchasing to sears auto shop or, a mechanic before purchasing the vehicle from cox. I went to cox with the intent of buying a vehicle and I left empty handed! I took the car to sears auto shop and paid 30 dollars for them to inspect the engine, brakes, and other components of the vehicle. Sears found 1,000 dollars worth of damages. I decided to get the car because buddy knocked off a couple thousand dollars of the car, and told me that the warranty would cover the cost of the repairs and I would get that in writing, but then the chaos begin literally 4 people came to cox upset about their cars not running or a they were having issues with their vehicle, so in the midst of me getting insurance for the car before signing anything, I took that as a sign not to get a vehicle!! I Thank buddy for his services and got the hell out of there.

So I was searching for a car for the past two months and kept getting dead ends. My friend told me about six Autos so I called spoke with Buddy Love. I was apprehensive because of the bad luck I was having at the other dealerships. But I bring in my pay stubs and went in on a wing and a prayer. Buddy said dont worry im going to have you driving. In disbelief I laughed and said ok. I started the process on Friday afternoon and cane back on Saturday to finish. When he told me I was approved and gave me options I was jumping for Joy. I same in on the bus with my daily Duffle bug and a full bus pass I left in a 2009 Ford Fusion that I absolutely Love. So if I was to recommend a dealership and an awesome staff and sales rep ID refer anyone and everyone to Cox Autos and to definitely deal with Buddy Love he is on his game and about his Word. So what you waiting for get down to Cox Auto and go See Buddy and tell him I sent you. You wont regret it.

So far so good. My husband and I needed a vehicle with a third row. We searched their website first and saw quite a few that would fit our needs. However when we got there we were told all the vehicles we were interested in were sold. Upon looking a little harder I realized that none of the cars on the website were on their lot and vice versa. I was starting to feel lied to initially. Yall lost a star for that Cox. Update your website! Anyway, the salesman did what he could to find us a great SUV with third row that ended up being perfect for our family. It even included a dvd player which was a nice bonus. It also happened to be a SUV that my husband has been looking at for a while. The salesman worked his magic and qualified us for their one dollar down program. No hidden fees. Cox said a dollar and they meant a dollar. As of right now I would definitely do business with them again.

I got my car from them it has not even been a full month yet and I had the worst experience ever I wish I could just give the car back and not have to worry about a repo on my end because I have had to have a alternator put in the first week I had the car my check engine like goes off and on and my car has been dead for the past couple of days I had gotten a jump it ran for a little while then cut back off again they has not turned back on since I have called and called them to talk to the manager never got ahold of him I have left numerous of messages they say he gonna call me back and he never does I went up there and finally got to speak to him and he act like he didnt even want to help me but was so anxious to help me I first getting the car do your self a favor and dont get your car from them all they want is you

I bought a VW Passat on 2/13/17 and TWO days later, its overheating. I called the General Manager to explain to him what was going on on 2/14/17, but a young woman told me he was off. I called back the next day 2/15/17, spoke to the General Manager and I explained to him what was going on. I told him that I dont want the car anymore and he said he CANT take it back. I him I want to trade it in & he told me that I cant do that, either. He then said the best thing I can do is bring it in for service. I told him Im VERY UNSATISFIED with his service. He said I know you are and you should be, but thats the best thing I can do for you right now. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL YOU A BAD CAR. THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK OR TRADE CARS ONCE ITS OFF THEIR LOT. IM SO PISSED OFF
