To me they deserve no stars but, I have to give them at least one. I spoke to Jason, the sales manager, on the phone. I returned a message he left for me stating how interested they were in my car. He knew EVERYTHING about my situation. Where we were with $ down, where we were in the current loan of my trade, an estimate of the payment we were looking to pay, etc. We filled out the application he forwarded to us and over the phone he went over it and stated that everything on our credit was as I said it was in a previous conversation. I told him repeatedly that I DID NOT want to make the 1.5 hour trip there unless they could absolutely handle our situation and I could leave with a car. It wouldnt be worth it to drive all that way to turn around and come home with the car I wanted to trade. He assured me, multiple times, they would make it work, we can get this done, etc. He also said concerning monthly payment amounts, they could manage getting us what we were comfortable with because there are many different ways they can work it to make that happen. At one point he told me all it would come down to was deciding if the monthly payment was right and making a sale. Reluctantly, we piled in my car and made the trip. I spoke to this guy 2 or 3 times on the phone and 2 hours later when we got there, he acted as if he didnt have a clue who we were. Again, knowing our situation, talked up a couple other people who were there that were experts in dealing with our specific credit issues. He then passed us off to another salesman who took us out on test drives and went over our application. After waiting a bit they came back with a monthly payment that was more than double what we said our cap was when I spoke to Jason on the phone. Then they said with a smaller payment we couldnt trade my car. They low balled us on the trade because they said they wouldnt even sell, it would go to auction. This was after being told on the phone how much they wanted my car and they would give it a once over and put it on the lot for sale. At one point the salesman told us to return my car to the bank, allowing it to be repossessed, he told us that he did the same thing with his car. All that would happen was that the bank would come after us for the difference and theyd never get is because they cant take what you dont have. I told Jason I was becoming upset that we had been there so long and everything he told me over the phone was not happening. He looked like he was annoyed that I had said that and said he would be back in a few minutes. When he came back he told us that he couldnt do anything for us. So after nearly 4 hours of sitting in this place, we left with nothing. Everything they said theyd do...THEY DIDNT! We will NEVER waste our time going back to this place. I was alerted this morning that they ran our credit through 11 different lenders.11? We were told of 2. NEVER AGAIN!

Upon learning that my 1994 Nissan would not pass inspection without alot of repairs and a large sum of money, I decided to go see Sharif Aly of Kia Coatesville, hoping he could find me a car within my budget as I have heard great reviews of his "above and beyond" customer service skills. I was a little apprehensive, as I have just recently began rebuilding my credit but Sharif assured me that if i came to see him he would "do the rest". Still a little weary, I went in to see Sharif in person, expecting at best that he might be able to put me into a used car without too high of a payment or interest rate. After checking my credit, which is minimal at best, Sharif told me my best chance was to try to finance a new Kia Forte. He was completely honest and up front with me through out the entire process. I drove home that night in a 2015 Kia Forte, before I had approval, because Sharif felt confident he could make it happen for me. The following day could have been torture, waiting to hear good news, but expecting the worst. Sharif, however stayed in touch with me throughout the entire day, keeping me updated on every different option he was trying to make this happen for me. Sharif spent that whole day trying different banks, different approaches, pretty much harassing his finance manager, until he got the answer we were waiting for. I had more or less given up when Sharif called me, only a little over 24 hours from the time I went in to see him to attempt to buy a used car, to tell me to come in to sign the papers for my brand new car!!! I really am still is shock! At 31, only 6 months ago I started rebuilding my credit with a secured credit card and here I am with a brand new Kia!!! I cannot thank Sharif Aly enough for the time and effort he took to make this happen for me!!! I never expected with my less than desirable credit situation that anyone would take the time or treat me with the level of respect that Sharif showed me. And now that I am on the road to better credit, I will never buy a car from anyone from him, he has earned my loyalty, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a salesman who really cares. Even after my purchase he helped me with my insurance company and has been following up regularly. If you are in the market for a car, no matter your situation, go see Sharif Aly at Kia of Coatesville!!! As he told me when I had very little hope... "you come in and i will do the rest". And he will deliver!!!

AGREEABLE ENTHUSIASM – I strongly recommend both Kia cars and Sharif Aly, the awesome man who sold me my first new car, a 2015 Kia Soul! I have extensive training in customer service, and the number one way to treat customers right is to exceed their expectations!! Sharif Aly presented himself and Kia in a personable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable way that impressed me highly! I feel thrilled driving my new Kia Soul! I feel doubly joyful knowing I was treated with kindness and respect, and an upbeat enthusiasm in Sharif that is contagious! This man is doing something he loves and believes in! I never felt pressured: rather, I felt well-informed and his welcoming treatment left me with a fresh dose of self-respect. INCREDIBLE CREDIT – My car with 205,000 miles broke down one week into a new job. Transportation became a serious crisis, because I live an hour from my job. My need for a car to keep my job was an emergency. My previously-good credit was marred after long term unemployment in the past. As if that wasn’t difficult enough, I just started my new job. Sharif didn’t put up road blocks – instead, he knocked them down, one by one, until the moment came when I felt like I was walking on water, or rolling as the case may be! This is my miracle car, and even the used car dealerships were shaking their heads no at my credit situation. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS – The Kia Soul is adorable, and I girlified mine right away with hot pink, fuzzy car seat covers! Once again, the Kia has exceeded my expectations! Do you know why the banks will take a second look at questionable credit like mine? Because their cars carry a 10 year drive train warranty and a 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranty against manufacture defects! What peace of mind! And, no, I am not being paid to write this glowing review! I feel wowed out! SERIOUS SIRIUS – Further, the Kia has amazing safety features, such as an insulation pad connected to the inside of the hood, that drops in case of an engine fire, after the connectors melt! Inside is the good stuff: an onboard computer that syncs to the Bluetooth on my phone; plays Sirius radio, has a touch screen, and has a back-up camera! This Kia dealership in Coatesville is far above average, and I feel happy I found them when I was in need of reliable transportation! I look forward to driving my Kia Soul for many years to come!
