Hi. I like this store a lot. The prices are very affordable. They have a good selection of items, but the staff are not diverse enough. I believe that Kroger higher ups and managers might be racist, because like most businesses in California, they dont mind employing Mexicans, they dont mind employing Asians or Whites, but Black people are no where to be found. They especially do not higher Black people to be cashiers, like we are not trustworthy with money. This is disgusting to me. I think we should boycott them. The same is true about Albertsons, Vons, Stater brothers and all retailers and grocery stores. When will this racism end? This is 2017! Stop shutting Black people out of the job market and treating them horribly once they enter. It traps Black people in poverty. Stop being rude!

Never had any bad experience. Update I go in last night and cashier was rude and I go back in this evening and saw her working so I went to a different cashier to avoid that again and I get another rude cashier. Also what would be nice, if their employees werent wearing headphones in while working. Every time I have a question I see them with headphone in and then when I stand their to ask, they decide to avoid eye contact to act like they dont see you. Im done going here. Id rather go to Albertsons right across the street from them because I know they dont do this at Albertsons.

This Ralphs might be one of the smaller stores, but it serves 5 senior communities, and allows us to not be living in a "food desert" I know a lot of folks with transportation problems, and without this Ralphs located here? Wed have to drive MILES to another Ralphs, and I dont want to shop anywhere else due to the low prices and very friendly/accommodating staff at this store, theyre terrific! I find everything I need there, and the low prices and fresh produce make life a lot easier for us folks........

SHAME ON YOU RALPHS DELI DEPT!!! DISGUSTED AGAIN! I BANNED THE DELI BECAUSE OF THEIR CROSS CONTAMINATION ON THE SLICERS BETWEEN THE MEATS AND CHEESES. MY HUSBAND DECIDED TO GO ONCE AGAIN AND GIVE IT A TRY ON 8/9/17 AND I JUST PULL THE CHEESE HE PURCHASED AND SURE ENOUGH CONTAMINATION AS USUAL!! ROAST BEEF ON EVERY SLICE OF CHEESE. I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES TO THE DELI PEOPLE AND THEY DONT CARE. CORPORATE AND THE ABC WILL BE HEARING FROM ME NOW!!

Positives- Well stocked with good selection of quality foods and an excellent assortment of gluten free products for those with wheat allergies. The ladies working here are always cheerful and nice. Negative- No matter what Ralphs store you go to their watermelons always tastes like they have been baked in a truck 2000 miles away. Otherwise most of their other produce is pretty fresh.

I wasnt feeling too well and stopped in for Chicken Soup, I got it for .30 cents cheaper than their competitor. The NAME brand, not the store brand. Thank you! As far as the "staff is not really friendly" statement below, he must be smokin crack! Ive shopped this store for the last two years and they are ALWAYS friendly! and helpful!

All of their berries in the produce isle are covered in mold...today I found a long hair in the cake I got from their bakery...so unsanitary. I wish they would get better management and fix these issues before someone gets sick!

I love Ralphs, God bless im. Excellent, friendly service, clean, lots of quality healthy choices. The selections in the deli are outstanding. Try the rotisserie chicken salad with jicama and julienned veggies. Amazing!

Would not sell a bottle of beer to my wife because I did not have my wallet on me. We are both obviously nearly 30 and she had valid ID on her. Wasted of both of our time because they refused to use common sense.

Ralphs is the closest grocery store to my house, so I always hope over when I need to pick something up real quick. The prices are a bit high, so if I have to do a big shop I would never go there.
