Rustic Trades was a delight from start to finish. I cant explain fully how happy I was to stumble upon them via a random Google search after 2 months of failed big box furniture shopping. Once I found them, I was more than happy to go to the showroom and meet Kasey and the team. It took me less than five minutes to know that I had found my company. Turnaround from payment until delivery took time, but I was told that upfront and the communication over the 60 days was regular, so that I knew my order wasnt lost in the shuffle. I think the real coup was the actual delivery day. Two young men who had an actual hand in the making of my table committed the delivery and installation, and their excitement about my table was almost as palpable as mine. I highly recommend this company for quality, service, and artistry.
