We purchased dining room furniture from the Mason store in January 2010. I cannot say enough about how pleased we were. When we first went to the store, not really knowing what to expect, We were very happy with the selections in the showroom, not to mention the catalogs of additional pieces that were available. The woman assisting us was very helpful without being pushy--and she was extremely knowledgable about wood types, staining techniques, etc. We asked them to call us for a color check before putting the final protective coats on, which they did. We also had them deliver the furniture--we set a delivery time (7:30am), and the truck arrived at 7:30am on the dot (no waiting during a 4-hr window like most furniture stores). The delivery men were extremely polite & very careful with both the new furniture and walls, etc in our house when moving the furniture in. The build quality of the table & buffet are exceptional, the stain is beautiful, and the chairs are comfortable. And all for a cost much lower than was real, solid wood furniture would have been elsewhere. We have recommended this store to many friends when looking for furiture!

We are long term customers - over 26 years - of your store. This afternoon, my mom and I came in and ended up purchasing 3 bar stools, a dining table and 6 chairs, and an additional stool. We have been in a couple times over the past few months and have always received great customer service from Dave. Both Dave and Kristin helped us today and went over and above to find table size options for us. We werent sure how the sizes would fit in the new home. We did have the floor plans though and Kristin offered to draw up the dining room space using her laptop program and showed us how each of the 3 tables would look in the room. It was so nice to be able to "see" the options and we realized we could to fit the size we really wanted. Their teamwork and patience made it such a positive experience for us. Kudos to them for representing your stores so well.

Wonderful experience with Woodcraft in Mason. Dave was so helpful in getting our entertainment center completed to our specs and in our time frame. This is a better cost alternative to completely custom built. It is semi custom with a lot of flexibility. Dave was knowledgeable and trustworthy and the workers did a great job finishing the wood and delivering the item. We needed an extra large entertainment center for which we searched for a year. Most were too short or small or custom too expensive until a friend suggested Woodcraft. It was built semi-custom exactly as we needed it. It took about 6weeks, the price very affordable and was beautiful!

Excellent quality furniture at a great price with friendly and knowledgeable staff! We shopped around when buying our bedroom set and most furniture stores have veneers for the same price that Woodcraft has for real wood. They can stain or paint any piece to match what you already have at a fair price. Delivery was awsome as they placed all furniture and assembled the cal-king storage bed. We had such a good first experience that we have gone back for several more pieces. The in-store selection is decent but they can order far more and will even customize pieces. Most of the furniture is made in the USA.

We were extremely happy with the furniture we purchased from Woodcraft Furniture in Mason, OH. We purchased several accent pieces for our living room and they did a great job of matching them to an antique buffet we have. We also purchased a dining room table and chairs. They were able to perfectly match the color of the dining room chairs we have so we could use them with the four new chairs. The quality of the furniture is very good, their sales staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable.

The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They answered all our questions and it never felt pushy. They have a lot of items in their store, but they can also order a bunch of things from catalogs. I found that their prices are comparable to purchasing online, but you dont have to deal with the hassle of having something shipped and possible getting damaged. I will check here first next time I need to purchase furniture.

Nice people, not pushy like big store, real wood! You dont find that often. Very good price for them to finish your piece. Check out the clearance items, if it is what you need you will get an unbelievable deal!
