I have a love/hate relationships with these people. Last year I have no problem with my couches or with my recliner, I love them and they look very nice in my living room. This year I ordered a mattress, I had to wait a whole week to get it. Then they told me that the mattress would not be in until next week, because they made a mistake. so they suggested for me to try out a different mattress that was in stock. I was told that the mattress was similar yet a bit firm. So I tried it out, turns out the mattress was not a bit firm but very firm. I had to sleep on a very firm mattress that gave me a bad back for a week. Until I got my new mattress on top of that I ordered a bed cover and it came in ripped, then I have to wait another couple of days to get a new bed cover. I dont know what is going on with these peoples customer service but it seems they dont care about keeping their customers happy. Also they didnt even bother to give a discount or anything for all the trouble that I had to go through with them. Even though I was a good customer and I had paid on time for more than a year. I wish I could put 2.5 stars instead. 3 will have to do for now.

My mother in law went to the store on 10/30/15 and bought a new dining room set. Table was set to be delivered on 11/03, but could not get an estimated time. After wasting an entire day waiting for the delivery, the truck finally arrived at 5:30 pm........with the wrong set! When she called to get the issue fixed, they said they were out of stock, and would not have another one in until the 9th. Today.....the 9th, she called to check on the progress, and was told that they didnt know if it came in, and even if it did, they wouldnt deliver it as she was on the "wrong side of town". She proceeded to cancel the order but was told that as they had already came out (with the wrong product), they would not be able to refund the delivery charge! What happened to customer service in this world?!? They made a mistake, and are now trying to make her pay for it! Terrible company! They had no problem taking her money, even though they didnt have, or apparently could not get what was purchased. Will find another company to do busiNess with and suggest you do the same.

My bed broke and they sent the delivery guy to fix it, he didnt try to fix. So I called corporate then they called the store and the delivery guy said I purposely broke my bed. My bed is still under warranty but they didnt honor their contract. So I have no alternative but to get me a lawyer because Im still sleeping on this bed. This has been months and no results. Badcock is not the place to get your furniture. I hate them.

Worst place to buy furniture and they charge you 99.00 dollars for delivery rooms to go or Sandys furniture is the best place to buy furniture, rude customer service, rude people, and the place smells like someone smoke its stupid place to buy stuff dont waste your money.

Best place to buy furniture in Vero Beach! Always friendly customer service and willing to help you find whatever it is that you are looking for! I love my living room set and bedroom set, so nice and comfortable and great quality ! Will definitely be going back!
