Horrible experience on the first time purchasing from this store. First they dont even have their own delivery service so you have to ask a company thats affiliated with them which may or may not be at the store when you decide to purchase furniture. But what tops the cake is that when I had bought a dinner table set with 5 chairs and I had already took the table and returned for the chairs, they told me that they only had 2 new chairs in stock. Then they told us that if we wanted we could take the chairs that were on display but would not reduce the price of the chairs. Why didnt they check their inventory before the purchase was made and why they wont reduce the price of the used display chairs is beyond me but this experience sends a bad vibe from not only this store but el dorado as a company

Great place to find furniture if youre looking for a particular piece or pieces, and want to skip the showroom experience. Maybe a little more difficult to put a room together, but there is ZERO babysitting and harassment from sales people. IF you need help, staff is easy to find and helpful. I come here for single items when Im not in the mood to build Ikea furniture. Slight wait for items to come out after purchase, but not really an inconvenience.

THIS HAS TO BE THE SLOWEST SERVICE IN HISTORY I WENT TO BUY A TWIN MATRESS SHOULD HAVE BEEN REALLY SIMPLE BUT NO IT WAS IT WAS 1 HOUR FOR 1 SMALL PURCHASE. THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING AND NO ONE KNEW WHAT THE HECK THEY WHERE DOING. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE TIME. A BUNCH OF BROKEN STUFF AND ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR WARRANTY ON ANYTHING. SO IF IT BROKE THE NEXT DAY GOOD LUCK
