Nothing but good things to say about Griffith Ford Seguin! Im a 23 year old female who just bought my first car all by myself there. They were extremely accommodating, friendly, fair, honest, and upfront about everything. They were very understanding when my dad (who lives in another state) wanted to talk to them to make sure everything was a good deal and they went over everything with him too. Griffith Ford Sequin said they understand wanting to protect your daughters and that theyve treated me like their own by being open with me from the beginning which I would agree with. (There was some back and forth about how much I wanted for my trade-in but that was the only negotiating). I originally went to Bluebonnet and was asking them to take off $700 to close the deal and they told me it just "wasnt feasible". I told them I believed I could do better elsewhere and left. I ended up getting my car for $1,500 cheaper at Griffith Ford Seguin. Sad that a big dealer couldnt beat the price of a small one. Im telling everyone I know to stay away from Bluebonnet- Ive had other experiences with them that make me not trust them. Griffith Ford Seguin treated me like family.

I have a 2012 F-350 with a 6.7 Liter Diesel engine. I went in for an oil change, air filter change, and fuel filter change. When I talked to the service writer, he quoted me a little over $200. Maybe I was confused or he was confused about the price or services offered. Service was quick, but when I received the bill it was $419 with tax. I questioned and complained about the bill, all within earshot of the service manager, who didnt even acknowledge my issues or try to help me. I had also wanted them to hook up the diagnostic computer to my truck and clear an alert code it had been showing. I was told it would take a half day. You would think after paying $400 for an oil change this service could be performed fairly quickly. The service was fast and I did pay the bill, but had I known the full price upfront I would have gone elsewhere. I did some research and found that this same service can be found cheaper at Bluebonnet Ford ($349), Valvoline ($301.75), and Bradzoil ($189.24 - price may be questionable). I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Dont be fooled. Not honest and up front with you. Watch out for the HIDDEN FEES! Even when you state from the beginning that you are aware of dealers who will try to hide fees, they still try to hit you with a bunch of random non-sense fees. It was almost comical how much they tried to tack on! THERE SHOULD BE NO EXTRA FEES! Your price should be MSRP [minus] any dealer discounts [minus] rebates [plus] tax, title & registration fees. Thats it! Dont buy from here (or anywhere) if they try to add ANYTHING ELSE! If you do shop here, just be very aware of the extras they WILL add. I sold vehicles at a large dealership for years and have purchased a lot of vehicles since then. These extras they try to justify are just a way to legally take your money.

Best vehicle buying experience Ive had in 32 years of buying vehicles. Im in North Austin; I found the truck I wanted online in the Griffith Seguin inventory. I spoke with Andrew in sales and we worked out a fair deal over the phone. I drove down yesterday (1/24) to pick it up. The truck was detailed and ready to go. We also worked out a fair deal on a trade in. Andrew and the sales leadership team, Scott and Mike, were great as well. I would encourage anyone to give them a shot. It was a short drive from Austin. Well after reading these two comments above, I have to strongly DISAGREE with them. I have had nothing but the best service and every employee there are about as friendly as they get. I have had my truck aligned many times there with NO problems and compared to some of the dealerships I have been too (bluebonnet) ,(Jordan)..Its like Im not even acknowledged . Great experience and simple process. I live 2 hours away and was trying to schedule time to visit the dealership to look at a vehicle. I spoke with the General Manager Scott and he offered to have a driver bring the vehicle to me so I could look at it. Loved the vehicle and went down the next day to purchase it. Two hours later, I had gotten what I wanted for my trade and left in my new truck. Will definitely consider doing business with them again.

I would like to thank Griffith Ford Staff and mechanic who made our day just a little brighter on May 15, 2017. At 1230 pm my family and i were traveling from Dallas to McAllen and our 1999 Ford F-150 lost the enigne belt. The staff made us feel welcome and made an unexpected stop a lot more bearable. Great service dept! Brought my vehicle a day before appt to describe problem and Junior was efficient and helpful. He checked around for where the broken part was. He found it in Houston and had it overnighted so theyd be able to fix the next day. Very pleased and Ill be suggesting we give them business in the future whenever we decide we need more new Ford business vehicles.
