If i could leave NO STARS I would. I am a very patient man,My truck sat in their lot waiting to be looked at(I understand it didnt have an appointment and was towed there so not really upset about that). I was told the Truck needed a fuel pump and the fuel pump harness...for $1,100!!! NOPE!! Told them to just do the harness (It was the connector..said it was broken..ok fair enough). Said I would do the pump myself and for them to just fix the connector....Ordered the pump from them and I had the truck towed back home..780$ for parts and labor just to order the pump and change the connector....Was told the pump would be here in a week...cool..I take days off of work the following week only to find out..NO PUMP...I call parts and ask where my pump is at....NO ETA, HAS NOT SHIPPED YET....I call a different dealership and they tell me all i needed to know "The Pumps are on BACK ORDER but we can find a surrounding area dealership that has one" This guy went out of his way and finds me a pump in San Antonio. I go back to Wyatt and get my money back. Parts guys at the counter are like "well they are back ordered soooo we cant get one" THEN TELL ME THAT!! Needed the old pump (for the Core) to go to SA so i dropped the tank and low and behold....the same old connector that has been with the truck since 97(Nasty, dirty and covered in dirt)...Really..I thought you guys changed this. I paid you 299$ in labor and 40$ in parts to do it, why is my old one still on here with splices in it...Did you put the new one on then find out Im doing the pump myself and put the old one back on?... I used to love this place. No other place i would get parts from..but now..i want to avoid it at all cost. No Integrity..I feel like when you walk in the employees feel bothered by you just walking in....I may get parts again in the future from these guys (MAYBE) I will probably need my head examined if i do, but they WILL NOT touch any of my vehicles again.

I had the BEST experience in buying my new Durango. And I would have recommended anyone buying a new car to come here. But the HORRIBLE problems with the service center has seriously over shadowed that!!! I took my car into their service center the end of September in which they had to order a part. They told me it would be 3-5 business days for it to come in. Well, I had another appointment on the 20th of October for another issue with my car to find out that the part from the previous month was NEVER ORDERED!! I was not happy just for the fact that I live 2 hours away and Ive made 2 round trips for absolutely NOTHING!! Yes I was given a free oil change for my trouble but seriously! That means I have to drive 2 hours from my home to get a "FREE" oil change. The service center ordered my original part and the new part I had to get ordered on my second trip and they said once again it would be within the same 3-5 business days for the parts to come in. I called and spoke with a guy in the parts department a week after he told me that one of the 2 parts had come in. The second part was scheduled to come in the following week, making it 2 weeks of waiting for a passenger glass window. I waited and called back the next week to the parts department for a man that worked there to tell me it was going to be another week before the glass would be in!!!! 3 weeks total for a standard glass to come in!!! I was extremely upset and told them they needed to figure something out because it was complete BS that it takes that long for a STANDARD and COMMON vehicle window to come in. Shockingly they were able to find on from another dealer within 20 min of me calling!! Something that should have been found 2 weeks ago!!!! Needless to say this will be the LAST TIME I EVER USE THIS SERVICE CENTER AGAIN!!!! Its sad to have such a wonderful buying experience and then such a GOD AWFUL service experience.

My name is Jessica. I just purchased a Dodge Dart Aero from this location in Seguin, TX. I have to say, going into the dealership, I was fully expecting the staff to push me into buying a car just because I walked in just like at other dealerships. There were a couple of guys in particular who were very helpful. I am a first time buyer and wanted to be sure I had all the information I could get and to understand what I was getting myself into. These two gentleman were so patient with me. I kept second guessing what I wanted. They thoroughly walked me through the process and gave me a full understanding on the process of purchasing a vehicle. I am very satisfied with the car I chose and highly recommend that others consider making a purchase at this location. Nate and Berret were outstanding. Great customer service is definitely what you will get here. Thank you, guys!

If i could leave NO STARS I would. first of all i dont mine people smoking, but dont do it in front of the door to the building where the customer enter, thats just rude and unprofessional. they should have a designated smoking area. then the i had an appointment at 0830 for a open recall on my 2006 jeep. after i gave them my key to the jeep i asked the about how long it would take to fix the recall on the jeep. i was told about an hour, three hours later i was told that they were getting ready to install the new trailer hitch. as to the customer lounge the TV was not working and had horrible coffee without coffee creamer, sugar and stir sticks. i know that that the coffee was not going to be the best but it was like drinking mud water. but to the better side of the experience the part and accessories side of the dealer ship they were very helpful.

Bought two cars here last year, and got a reasonable deal on the first one and didnt get taken too badly on the second one. The salesman took four hours to process the paperwork for a car (the first one) that I paid cash for. The other one I ordered, getting everything I wanted in it, and just doing that took six hours with one hour of that figuring out how to accept the check for my down payment. Then, when my new car was delivered to them, it sat there for almost a week because THEY didnt know it was there, THEY had misplaced the paperwork for it. (New owners at this point.) Plus, over the past few years, and especially since the new owners took total control, their quality of workmanship in their service department has gone downhill. I really dont want to mark them any lower. Yet.
